Protect Your Health

In this article I hope to bring you information that will help you to stay positive in this extremely negative and disconcerting environment.   You can have peace, faith and hope in the face of all that is coming against you.  The Earth and Your Body have something in common.  Both the Earth and Your Body were created in perfect balance with the natural ability to heal themselves built right in.   The first step to healing is to begin to put an end to the things that are causing the damage, and to do the things that encourage healing and restoration.

It is your body, take control and responsibility for it.  If you are currently taking medications, don’t stop.  At least not right away or cold turkey.  Begin to do all the things recommended below and you may be surprised to find that more and more your body’s need for medication is reduced.

There is plenty of information below to help you begin, so I won’t reiterate them here.   But, I do want to say that God LOVES YOU and His desire is that you be in good health physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.  He has provided all that you need.  Be sure to make HIM part of everything you do.  You will be very glad you did.

Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.   Isaiah 53:4-5

Turn away from everything that is evil and walk in the ways of the Lord to the best of your ability.  Seek Him for guidance and wisdom.  He will answert.
Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones. Proverbs 16:24

Trust in God.  That is where you will find peace.  When you truly understand that God is in control and that he is always with you, you relax and rest in his promises.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil.
This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones. Proverbs 3:5-8

My wish for you is this prayer from the Apostle John:

“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” 3John 1:2

This first item is from a website that focuses on children, but what she shared in the following article is extremely relevant to our topic.

Do Germs Really Cause Disease?

Did you know that it’s never been truly proven – beyond a shadow of a doubt – that germs are the real originator of disease? Sure, it seems like they are, and Louis Pasteur’s germ theory of disease has been around long enough that most people assume that it’s true. However, the germ theory has never really been proven, and there are many excellent doctors and scientists out there who think it’s basically ridiculous!

So, what is the germ theory, and how do we know that it is probably untrue? The excellent book Healing Our Children has some answers that you might find interesting:

pills

The germ theory essentially says that microorganisms like bacteria and viruses are the true cause of disease. Each disease, apparently, has its own microorganisms, which can be passed from one person to the next through bodily fluids, handshakes, sneezes, and dirty toilet seats. It’s an easy thing to believe, and it means that we’re never really responsible for our own diseases, as long as we wash our hands and take the medicine the doctor prescribes.

Most people now accept this hundred-year-old theory as fact, but the fact is that it remains nothing more than a scientific theory. There’s really no way to prove that germs are the true cause of disease.

The real cause of disease

Another view on the germ theory, put forward by Antoine Bechamp, among other qualified scientists and doctors, actually note that germs are related to disease, but not in the way that we might think. Here’s how it works:

You have germs in your body all the time. You’re practically swimming in them right now, whether you’re reading this in the comfort of your own home, at the local park, or even at a hospital! Some germs, we know, are actually good. For instance, the microorganisms in your intestines are actually necessary to helping your body absorb nutrients fully, and without them, you can experience a host of digestive problems and other ailments.

So, if you have germs in your body all the time, when do you become sick? This theory says that you become sick when the landscape of your body – you internal environment – causes germs that would otherwise be harmless or even helpful – to morph into the disease-agents we think of whenever we hear the word “germs.” That’s why when you examine a person who has the flu or a cold, you see that he has bacteria or viruses that seem to be causing the problem.

However, here the germs aren’t the source of the problem – they’re merely one of many symptoms. The true problem is your body trying to clean up its interior landscape so that you can be whole and healthy again. This cleanup involves getting rid of various built-up toxins in the system, by burning them out through fever, getting them through the skin as in a rash, or even expelling them forcefully as in diarrhea or when you sneeze!

What can cure us?

This theory of disease has been shown in many cases and by many brilliant scientific minds to be the truth, but why don’t many people accept it?

The main reason is that we don’t want to accept personal responsibility for our diseases. According to Healing Our Children, “In this new paradigm for disease, there is a common thread. Our behaviors are the cause of disease. If our behaviors can cause or significantly contribute to disease, then how can one separate the diseased state from the patient who suffers from the disease, as if the patient has nothing at all to do with its creation?”

What can cure us?

The fact is, that the patient and the disease cannot be separated, and in our world that lacks personal responsibility, this is why the germ theory will probably never be broken in the mainstream or medical community!

What can cure us?

But, our purpose here is to talk about parenting and raising healthy, whole, vibrant children. So what does the germ theory have to do with parenting? Everything!

Now, instead of protecting your children from so-called germs and pathogens that would harm them without your knowledge, consent, or responsibility, you can take back responsibility for the health of your children! You alone are responsible for shaping that interior environment in your child so that it will be whole and healthy and won’t need disease to cleanse it from toxins and other problems. When it comes to parenting healthy children, the germ theory simply leads to more and more mistakes and less and less responsibility. The truth, on the other hand, helps us see that we can be empowered to make the right types of decisions that will enable our children to be fully functional, vibrant, and alive human beings who are completely perfect and healthy!

The power that made your body heals your body. For example, if you cut your finger it bleeds, a scab forms and it heals. Did you know your body makes 2.5 million red blood cells every second and 250,000 white blood cells every second?  There are 50 to 75 trillion cells in a human’s body and the nervous system controls is the master control system of them all. A single neuron can handle as many as 833 impulses per second. Your liver performs over 657 known functions simultaneously without you even being aware of them.

THE MIRACLE

In my opinion, the biggest miracle of all is that each one of us started out as only two cells, one from mom and one from dad. Through a miraculous process your body’s innate intelligence and incredible healing power formed this incredible masterpiece…you! What an incredible body we have. All these processes and functions and systems work together harmoniously to keep our health in balance. That is the design, that is what is normal, that is what is natural.

THE KEY TO HEALTH

Then the key to staying healthy, now, becomes simple. As long as we work along the laws of nature our bodies will heal themselves naturally. However, there is one main element that interferes with our body’s ability to heal itself.

STRESS KILLS

That interference is stress. Stress kills! Dr. Hans Seyle was awarded a Nobel Prize for revealing how stress interferes with our body’s ability to heal. We are all familiar with…

  • EMOTIONAL STRESS: divorce, relationship stress, deaths, financial & job stress, unforgiveness, worry, anger, fear, depression, and indecision.
  • STRUCTURAL STRESS: acute injuries, accidents, old injuries and the scar tissue that remains, arthritic degenerative joints, chronic pain, stiffness, excessive exercise, surgeries and subluxations of the spine and other joints.
  • BIOCHEMICAL STRESSORS: illness, infection, allergies, alcohol & drug abuse, irregular hormonal cycles, digestive disorders, inflammation, toxicity overload and dehydration.
  • ENERGETIC STRESSORS: poor sleep quality & quantity, over work, meridian energy imbalance, nerve interference, computer and cell phone usage (EMF stress).

We must decrease the stressors so our bodies can heal!

THE SOLUTION: DECREASE THE STRESS

The accumulative effects of these stressors in the four governing systems are what interfere with your body’s ability to heal itself. And if these stressors continue, your health will deteriorate causing more pain, discomfort, and frustration. Your symptoms will continue to interfere with your ability to enjoy life to the fullest. However, we have found a solution that has worked for thousands of people. We discover underlying causes that are causing the symptoms and decrease these stressors through appropriate treatments in order to allow natural healing to occur.

RESTORED TO A FLOURISHING LIFE

10 AMAZING FACTS ABOUT YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM By Ashley Welch

here are surprising things you may not know about your body’s natural defense system.

The different parts of the immune system play unique roles in protecting the body against infection.

The immune system is made up of a network of cells, tissues, and organs that work together to protect the body against infection and maintain overall health.

The human body is an optimal environment for pathogens, such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites to thrive.  The immune system works to limit these microbes’ access to the body and prevent them from growing and causing illness.

While most people know the basic function of the immune system, there are many intricacies about your body’s natural defense system that you may not be aware of.

Here are 10 amazing facts about the immune system:

Each part of the immune system has a unique function.

“Think of the immune system like the military,” says Dr. Tran, MD, an immunologist and assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. “There are different branches that each serve a unique function in protecting the body.”

The first line of defense, Dr. Tran says, is the white blood cells, which are the first to recognize pathogens and fight off infection. Lymphocytes, a specific type of white blood cells, work to allow the body to remember the invading microbes to fight them faster in future infections.

Other parts of the immune system include the bone marrow, where white blood cells are produced; lymph nodes, which produce and store infection-fighting cells throughout the body; and the spleen, which helps control the amount of blood in the body and cleans out old or damaged blood cells from the body.

Vaccines play an important role in educating your immune system.

Vaccines work by stimulating the immune system to produce antibodies against a foreign invader without actually infecting the individual with the disease. As a result, when the body encounters that infection in the future, it knows how to fight it off.

“Vaccines educate the immune system using a unique component of that pathogen so, upon exposure to that pathogen in the future, you have very minimal to no symptoms,” Tran says.

Every day, we encounter billions of germs, but they’re not all bad.

Though it may not be pleasant to think about, countless microbes live on and in our bodies, and they are actually necessary to maintain good health.

“Good bacteria in our body provides us with nutrients we need and also provides a defense against bad bacteria and infection,” Tran says. A balance needs to be maintained because when good bacteria is reduced, bad bacteria can take over, making us feel sick, he says.

Stress can affect the way your immune system works.

Stress can lead to increased levels of cortisol, a steroid hormone that is important for overall function of our body; but too much of it can lead to a number of health problems, including decreased immunity. “The high level of steroids can blunt your immune system,” Tran says.

Positive emotions and a healthy lifestyle may boost your immunity.

Some research suggests that optimism can actually make our immune system work better.  “I don’t know if it’s a direct cause,” Tran says, “but the happier, or more positive you are, the more likely you are to eat right and be less stressed, which will help your immune system.”

Sleep deprivation can impact immunity.

Not getting enough sleep can wreak havoc on the body, and the immune system is no exception. Studies show that a lack of sleep may make you more likely to catch a cold and also makes it more difficult to fight off infection.

Allergies are the result of your immune system reacting to a false alarm.

When you experience an allergic reaction, your immune system is responding to a harmless allergen that it perceives as a threat. Symptoms of an allergic reaction, which can range from a runny nose to breaking out in hives to fainting, are a result of the body’s misguided attack.

Your immune system can attack itself.

Autoimmune diseases occur when the immune system destroys its own healthy tissues. In such cases, white blood cells in the body cannot distinguish between pathogens and the body’s normal cells, setting off a reaction that destroys healthy tissues.

While there are over 80 different types of autoimmune disorders, common ones include rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and Crohn’s disease.

Women are more likely to be diagnosed with autoimmune diseases.

Autoimmune diseases affect about 8 percent of the population in the United States, making up the third most common category of disease after cancer and heart disease, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Women make up nearly 80 percent of those living with autoimmune diseases. While the cause of autoimmune diseases is unknown, it is generally believed to have a strong genetic component, and women in their child-bearing years are at the highest risk.

Being too clean can inhibit your immune system from functioning properly.

Cleaning and disinfecting may seem like the best way to avoid infection, but this is a case where there can be too much of a good thing.

“When you make your environment so clean, you minimize so many foreign pathogens that you actually minimize the development of the immune system,” Tran says. This is especially the case with young children, since if they’re not exposed to harmful microbes at all, their bodies won’t be able to develop the proper antibodies to fight them off.

Tran recommends his patients practice good hygiene but warns not to go overboard. “I tell them to live their lives normally,” he says. “If someone has a cold, definitely wash your hands around them and try to avoid direct contact. Clean normally, but don’t be obsessive about it. While trying to avoid foreign pathogens, you don’t want to unintentionally minimize the good bacteria in your environment.”

Recent Coronavirus
Clint Young – January 25, 2020
It is important to understand the death mechanism of any pandemic threatening virus.
The Spanish flu virus of 1918 affected mostly young adults that had the strongest immune system. Their strong immune system actually resulted in their deaths causing cytokine shock within their lungs and subsequent suffocation. Those with weaker immune systems such as children and the elderly did not succumb at the high rates young adults did in 1918 Spanish flu.
The recent coronavirus is dubbed “2019 – nCoV”. Unlike the Spanish flu virus, this virus is not causing death that much in younger people. Those with the stronger immune systems are not as exposed to death by the recent coronavirus. To date the youngest to die was 36 years old. The coronavirus is mainly affecting those between 65 and 80.
The overall death rate is around 3%. But, among those in the 65 or older category, the death rate is much higher. Around 10% of the Chinese population is 65 or older. If the coronavirus infection is evenly distributed among the population, then around 22 out of 90 people that are 65 or older have died. This would be a mortality rate of around 25% in the 65 or older age group. This is mainly among Chinese. The affect among Americans could be quite different.
A recent article https://time.com/5770924/wuhan-coronavirus-youngest-death/ claimed that those who have died had other major health problems. The key word used is “co-morbidity.” Comorbidity is “the simultaneous presence of two chronic diseases or conditions in a patient”. Other listed pre-existing conditions that affected mortality from the coronavirus were diabetes, hypertension and pulmonary infection.
One of the listed other chronic diseases is hypertension. Around 75% of men 55 and older have hypertension. Hypertension rates among women over 65 are higher than those of men.
It does appear that this latest coronavirus is going to mostly affect those over 65, especially if they already have a pre-existing condition such as hypertension, diabetes, and pulmonary infection. A large percentage of American have hypertension. So most 65 and over are going to severely affected.
What is one to do?  Avoidance is the best approach for this recent coronavirus. Those over 65 are going to be hit hard if the disease is not quarantined properly by the authorities and it gets out into the general population.
The root cause of many chronic diseases is over-toxicity. As one ages the body can easily become more toxic if proper life style changes are not timely made. This in turn causes many chronic diseases. There are many things one can do to reduce the toxicity (detoxify) of their body. However, each one of these requires time to gradually reduce toxicity. Depending upon how fast this coronavirus spreads such time may not be available.
Below are what I am doing to achieve a lower toxic body. Each of these will help your body even if the coronavirus never comes your way. I certainly hope it does not.
A lower Toxic body:
1.  Avoid all alcohol. If you must drink, insure there is no glyphosate or sulfites in your alcohol.
2.  Avoid all caffeine. Caffeine requires a lot of your liver capacity to break down the caffeine molecule into smaller molecules which can easily be excreted from the body. The use of your limited liver capacity to break down caffeine means there are other toxins that may have to wait to be broken down.
3.  Increase your daily fasting time.
4. Go to intermittent fasting if you safely can. The internet has a lot of great articles about intermittent fasting that you can read to see how this great way of life can improve your health.
5.  Exercise every day except for your Sabbath.
6.  Reduce animal products. Only eat one type of meat during a meal.
7.  Eat only clean (according to the Bible) meats.
8.  Avoid cigarette and other smokes.
9.  Daily eat fresh, organic fruit on an empty stomach.  Allow fruit time to digest and leave the stomach before eating anything else.
10.  Take food grade, activated charcoal for any upset stomach, runs, or throwing up.
If this coronavirus gets into the mainstream USA population, then a lot of those 65 and older are going to die. This would significantly reduce the benefits paid out by the system in retirement benefits. Retirement benefit liability of social security and medicare is many times that of the current national debt of 22 trillion. So, the system would greatly benefit monetarily if 25% or more 65 and older were to succumb to this recent virus.
Hopefully, you will entirely avoid the coronavirus. I hope to.
Whatever this coronavirus does or does not do, I will continue a daily lifestyle that incorporates the above 10 ways to help my body maintain a relative low toxicity level.
