The reason that the United States remains today is that it has never seen war on its mainland. Once its enemies aim at the mainland, the enemies would have already reached Washington before its congress finishes debating and authorizes the president to declare war. But for us, we don’t waste time on these trivial things. 

From Leaked Address to the CCP by the Chinese Defense Minister

This is the second part of this series which describe the genocidal intentions that the Chinese toward America and this part establishes the Chinese intention to takeover America and use that leverage to get the rest of the world to capitulate to Chinese authority. Part One can be accessed here. Part One established the fact that the CCP intends to commit genocide against America before fully occupying the country. Information from this CCP speech given by defense Minister of Defense is shared here with an analysis.

The Main Motivation for Aggressive Chinese Military Policy

The lack of living space for China’s 1.3 billion people is the central problem which is threatening the economics and life-span of the Chinese. To the Chinese this is an issue of economic survival.

The first issue is living space. This is the biggest focus of the revitalization of the Chinese race. In my last speech, I said that the fight over basic living resources (including land and ocean) is the source of the vast majority of wars in history. This may change in the information age, but not fundamentally. Our per capita resources are much less than those of Germany’s back then. In addition, economic development in the last twenty-plus years had a negative impact, and climates are rapidly changing for the worse. Our resources are in very short supply. The environment is severely polluted, especially that of soil, water, and air. Not only our ability to sustain and develop our race, but even its survival is gravely threatened, to a degree much greater than faced (Nazi) Germany back then.’

…solving the “issue of America” is the key to solving all other issues. First, this makes it possible for us to have many people migrate there and even establish another China under the same leadership of the CCP. America was originally discovered by the ancestors of the yellow race, but Columbus gave credit to the white race. We the descendents of the Chinese nation are entitled to the possession of the land! It is said that the residents of the yellow race have a very low social status in United States. We need to liberate them. Second, after solving the “issue of America,” the western countries in Europe would bow to us, not to mention to Taiwan, Japan and other small countries. Therefore, solving the “issue of America” is the mission assigned to CCP members by history.

The relationship between China and United States is one of a life-and-death struggle.” Of course, right now it is not the time to openly break up with them yet. Our reform and opening to the outside world still rely on their capital and technology, we still need America. Therefore, we must do everything we can to promote our relationship with America, learn from America in all aspects and use America as an example to reconstruct our country… we must not forget that the history of our civilization repeatedly has taught us that one mountain does not allow two tigers to live together…We also must never forget what Comrade Xiaoping emphasized “refrain from revealing the ambitions and put others off the track.” The hidden message is: we must put up with America; we must conceal our ultimate goals, hide our capabilities and await the opportunity. 

Weapons of Choice to be Used Against America

The Chinese are very specific. They do not believe that they can kill enough American through conventional means to effect a change. It is clear that they are not going to use nuclear bombs as this would invite the destruction of the planet.

In history, when a country defeated another country or occupied another country, it could not kill all the people in the conquered land, because back then you could not kill people effectively with sabers or long spears, or even with rifles or machine guns. Therefore, it was impossible to gain a stretch of land without keeping the people on that land. However, if we conquered America in this fashion, we would not be able to make many people migrate there.Only by using special means to “clean up” America will we be able to lead the Chinese people there. This is the only choice left for us. This is not a matter of whether we are willing to do it or not. What kind of special means is there available for us to “clean up” America? Conventional weapons such as fighters, canons, missiles and battleships won’t do; neither will highly destructive weapons such as nuclear weapons. We are not as foolish as to want to perish together with America by using nuclear weapons, despite the fact that we have been exclaiming that we will have the Taiwan issue resolved at whatever cost. Only by using non-destructive weapons that can kill many people will we be able to reserve America for ourselves  

It is clear that the Chinese plan to commit genocide against the United States so they can occupy our country. They do not want a shared occupation, they want sole occupancy. And how will they accomplish this? They will use bioweapons and genetic weapons that will not kill the Chinese on American soil. The following quote should speak to their resolve to commit genocide against America before occupying the country.

We must prepare ourselves for two scenarios. If our biological weapons succeed in the surprise attack [on the United States, the Chinese people will be able to keep their losses at a minimum in the fight against the United States  .   If, however, the attack fails and triggers a nuclear retaliation from the United States, China would perhaps suffer a catastrophe in which more than half of its population would perish. That is why we need to be ready with air defense systems for our big and medium-sized cities. Whatever the case may be, we can only move forward fearlessly for the sake of our Party and state and our nation’s future, regardless of the hardships we have to face and the sacrifices we have to make. The population, even if more than half dies, can be reproduced. But if the Party falls, everything is gone, and forever gone!

It is clear that when the Chinese have successfully deployed their shields over their cities, they will commence the bio and genetics weapons attack against the United States

Biological, Genetic Weapons Will Be the Weapons of Choice 

The intent of the Chinese war plan is clear. They will lure the United States into a conflict over Taiwan in an attempt to weaken the United States. This will be followed by the use of biological, genetic based weapons that will kill many American (bio weapons intended for Blacks, Whites and Latinos and they would spare the millions of Chinese presently living in American which is a subgoal of the Chinese war plan.

Biological weapons are unprecedented in their ruthlessness, but if the Americans do not die then the Chinese have to die. If the Chinese people are strapped to the present land, a total societal collapse is bound to take place. According to the computation of the author of Yellow Peril, more than half of the Chinese will die, and that figure would be more than 800 million people!…The relationship between China and United States is one of a life-and-death struggle…

 Chinese should not kill other Chinese, would we have liberated China? As for the several million Chinese living in the United States, this is of course a big issue. Therefore in recent years, we have been conducting research on genetic weapons, i.e. those weapons that do not kill yellow people. But producing a result with this kind of research is extremely difficult. Of the research done on genetic weapons throughout the world, the Israeli’s is the most advanced. Their genetic weapons are designed to target Arabs and protect the Israelis. But even they have not reached the stage of actual deployment. We have cooperated with Israel on some research. Perhaps we can introduce some of the technologies used to protect Israelis and remold these technologies to protect the yellow people. But their technologies are not mature yet, and it is difficult for us to surpass them in a few years. If it has to be five or ten years before some breakthroughs can be achieved in genetic weapons, we cannot afford to wait any longer.

Certainly, in spreading Comrade He Xin’s views, we cannot publish the article in the party newspapers, in order to avoid raising the enemy’s vigilance. He Xin’s conversation may remind the enemy that we have grasped the modern science and technology, including “clean” nuclear technology, gene weapons technology as well as biological weapons technology, and we can use powerful measures to eliminate their population on a large-scale

We know that the Chinese control the drug cartels, therefore to some extent, they control Mexico. I believe the delivery systems for the planned bioweapons and genetics weapons attack will come from weaponized immigration. Whether it come from a Red Dawn which would likely be initiated after the Chinese attack upon Taiwan. The weapons could also be dispersed by the several covert Chinese troops stationed in America and are, for example, running most of the solar energy farms.

An Additional Motive for the Chinese to Attack

Interestingly, the Chinese view the NWO as a supreme threat to their continued existence. In his speech to the CCP, Wei Fengh noted the following:

Bush (he was not the US president at the time), the Baroness Thatcher, Tony Blair, Zbigniew Brzezinski, as well as George Soros, Bill Gates, futurist John Naisbitt, etc., all of the world’s most popular characters, in the San Francisco Fairmont hotel for a high-level round table conference, discussing problems about globalization and how to guide humanity to move forward into the 21st century. According to what He Xin had in hand, the outstanding people of the world in attendance thought
that in the 21st century a mere 20% of the world’s population will be sufficient to maintain the world’s economy and prosperity, the other 80% or 4/5 of the world’s population will be human garbage unable to produce new values. The people in attendance thought that this excess 80% population would be a trash population and “high-tech” means should be used to eliminate them gradually.
Since the enemies are secretly planning to eliminate our population, we certainly cannot be infinitely merciful and compassionate to them. Comrade He Xin’s article came out at the right time, it has proven the correctness of our tit for tat battle approach, has proven Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s great foresight to deploy against the United States military strategy.

This means that the CCP are quite the conspiracy theorists. They obviously believe in the depopulation efforts which includes 5G, chemtrails, GMO’s, certain vaccines, etc. Wei Feng made it clear that they take this globalist assault upon humanity very seriously and are using this as one of the motivators for their planned actions;​​​ against the globalists and they perceive the NWO and America as one in the same.

Conclusion

After reading the leaked Chinese document which contained Wei Fengh’s comments about the CCP’s intentions toward America, IA m reminded of the movie, Invasion of the Body Snatchers. In the movie, alien spores land on Earth and take over people’s bodies while they sleep. These spores colonized America much in the same way that the Chinese plan to colonize the United States.

Led By AZ Governor Doug Ducey, the Republican Governors Association is Committing Treason Against the People of the United States

America is an occupied country. Arizona, in particular is under the direct control, through the Arizona’s governor’s office, of Communist China. The actions of the Governor, Doug Ducey, have put not only his state at risk, but he is threatening the viability of resources and undermining national defense.

Doug Ducey drew the ire of President Donald Trump when he certified his state’s fraud-riddled election results on Nov. 30. The governor may be no friend of the president, but he is most assuredly considered a pal by China. Ducey has been listed as a “friendly” in a Chinese think tank’s ranking of all 50 governors’ attitudes toward China.

In Arizona, the state has a huge water shortage. However that did not stop Governor Doug Ducey from giveing away part of our water rights to Chinea. (AZ Governor) Doug Ducey is keen on selling our nation’s precious water resources to the thirsty Asian giant as well. The more one kicks over this rock, the worse it gets. In 2015 Ducey heralded the opening of an Arizona branch office for Aviage Systems, a joint venture aviation firm between General Electric and Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC) of China. This was to be Aviage’s first branch located inside the U.S. From an Arizona Commerce Authority release celebrating the occasion:

“I am thrilled to welcome AVIAGE SYSTEMS to Arizona as it makes its first U.S. expansion that will be key to supporting the company’s global growth plans. It’s a partnership that makes sense for many reasons: Arizona ranks as one of the United States’ largest employment areas in aviation and aerospace systems manufacturing,” Governor Doug Ducey said. “We are looking forward to continuing to grow this key sector of our economy, and to helping AVIAGE SYSTEMS grow right alongside us.”

AVIC is controlled by the communist Chinese military. President Trump “is close to issuing a list of 89 Chinese aerospace and other companies that would be unable to access U.S. technology exports due to their military ties,” Reuters reported in November. AVIC would top such a list.

The plot thickens as Bloomberg reports:

“AVIC is a state-owned conglomerate with 100-plus subsidiaries and more than 450,000 employees. The Trump administration in June put AVIC on a list of companies it said were controlled or owned by China’s People’s Liberation Army. The firm also runs a civilian business that makes airliners and private jets — some built with parts made by joint ventures with American companies.”

An October article in Stars and Stripes chillingly details how AVIC is building China’s war machine:

China put on a spectacular military parade to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Communist Party rule last year, and President Xi Jinping wasn’t the only star of that show.

As Xi and other leaders watched from a Tiananmen Square grandstand, a squadron of fighter jets, attack helicopters, troop transports and surveillance planes roared overhead in a display orchestrated to impress TV viewers at home and warn potential aggressors abroad. The company that made those aircraft: Aviation Industry Corp. of China (AVIC), a state-owned conglomerate with 100-plus subsidiaries and 450,000-plus employees — more than Boeing Co. and Airbus SE combined.

This places Arizona in the position of helping China edge closer to parity with America on military technology. “Works in progress, according to Chinese state media, include a stealth fighter and a seaplane that would be the world’s largest amphibious aircraft,” Stars and Stripes reports. “There is still a gap between where AVIC is and where the U.S. is, but AVIC has been able to slowly narrow that gap,” Tai Ming Cheung, a professor at the University of California San Diego’s School of Global Policy and Strategy, told the U.S. military newspaper.

Does this make Doug Ducey a traitor to the United States? This author thinks so! This also explains why Ducey refused to do the following: (1) deny the request of the Arizona legislature to call a special session to deal with the state’s obvious voter fraud; (2) not support the subpoena from the Arizona State Senate, delivered to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to forensically review the suspect Dominion voting machines used in Maricopa County. Now that the election is far behind and settled, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors have agreed to let the machines be inspected. This gave the County Commissioners weeks to scrub the machines of any evidence of fraud; and, (3) Ducey refused to let the Arizona Legislature convene until January 13th, one week after the voting results are verified by Congress on January 6th.

Ducey is now in a primary position to deal with the CHICOMS.As Pompeo stated, “China is poisoning the well of higher education in America. Ducey has actively recruited CHICOM interests to Arizona’s universities. Given the fact that Arizona State University is at the cutting edge of space based technology, this constitutes yet another security breach by Ducey. But don’t worry, the President of Arizona State University, Michael Crow, is a former member of the CIA, so there is plenty of treason to go around.

Vaccines, vaccines, did anyone say vaccines? Yes, Ducey, in a blatant conflict of interest sits on the Board of T-GEN. We know that T-GEN has interests in the vaccine. We know that those interests, just like the Dominion voting machines, has CHICOM interests. Trump was against mandatory vaccinations for the Coronavirus. Ducey is the doing the bidding of his masters by certifying fake voting results which defeated Trump, in favor of his CHICOM interests.

The Epoch Times has documented how the face of the CCP actively interfaces with the Republican Governors Association. I just watched a documentary, which interviewed several top military brass which explained how the US has changed its military training protocols to fight the CHICOMS. Could the treason of Doug Ducey and Republican Governors be anymore blatant?? America has been conquered at every level.

Ducey has just been named the new Chairman of the Republican Governors Association.

Not all the politicians are on board with Ducey’s participation in voter fraud and the betrayal of America’s national interests. The Republican party of Arizona has voted to censure Doug Ducey. At least there is one ounce of integrity left in my home state of Arizona.

New EMP warning: US will ‘cease to exist,’ 90 percent of population will die

At a time when the military is starting to take the potential for an attack on the national electric grid more seriously, a newly declassified report is warning of an electronic world war launched by Russia, Iran, North Korea, and China that could wipe out North America, Europe, and Israel.

With ease and using a primitive nuclear weapon, a “New Axis” of those aggressive nations could “black out” the Western world, dismantle all electricity and electronics, end water and food supply, and lead to millions of deaths in America.

“Nine of 10 Americans are dead from starvation, disease, and societal collapse. The United States of America ceases to exist,” warned the report declassified by recently decommissioned U.S. Commission to Assess the Threat to the United States from Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Attack.

The report, written by EMP expert Peter Vincent Pry, revealed EMP war plans drawn up by Iran, Russia, China, North Korea, and even ISIS.

In “Nuclear EMP Attack Scenarios and Combined-Arms Cyber Warfare,” Pry said that the Russians have called EMP a “revolution in military affairs.”

He explained it this way to the Washington Examiner: “This new warfare uses cyber viruses, hacking, physical attacks, non-nuclear EMP weapons, and a nuclear EMP attack against electric grids and critical infrastructures. It renders modern armies, navies, and air forces obsolete. It paves the way for asymmetric warfare by small nations and terrorists.”

Pry said that the U.S. is an easy target because virtually everything, military and civilian, relies on computers, and even the Pentagon uses the civilian Internet. “Ours is the most technologically advanced society, and therefore the most susceptible to attack,” said Pry.

The commission, the military and civilian groups have begun to take attacks on the U.S. electrical and Internet network more seriously, and they have discovered that those would be far more effective against the United States than a bomb.

“Although it is very difficult to predict exactly which electronic systems would be upset, damaged, or destroyed by an EMP attack, with certainty massive disruption and damage will be inflicted on unprotected electronics within the EMP field and, because of cascading failures, far beyond. EMP is analogous to carpet bombing or an artillery barrage that causes massive random damage that is specifically difficult to predict, but reliably catastrophic in its macro-effects,” he said.

Pry, in calling for greater Pentagon and Homeland Security attention to the issue, compared the potential for an attack to Pearl Harbor.

He also presented an “EMP World War” scenario where all the countries with EMP warfare plans join in a “New Axis” to attack the U.S., Europe, and Israel.

Pry even suggested that a nuclear explosion in the atmosphere above Omaha, Neb., could black out Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. He predicted that an attack would lead to “damage too broad and too deep to repair, requiring years, if the U.S. could survive for years.”

Without making relatively inexpensive fixes to the electric grid and military bases to protect against an EMP attack, Pry said that the end could come fast.

“There is no coming back,” said his report, adding:

“Everything is in blackout and nothing works. The EMP sparks widespread fires, explosions, all kinds of industrial accidents. Firestorms rage in cities and forests. Toxic clouds pollute the air and chemical spills poison already polluted lakes and rivers. In seven days, the over 100 nuclear power reactors run out of emergency power and go Fukushima, spreading radioactive plumes over the most populous half of the United States. There is not even any drinking water and the national food supply in regional warehouses begins to spoil in three days. There was only enough food to feed 320 million people for years.”
