In case you have not heard, there was a document leaked today that indicates that the Supreme Court of the United States of America is planning to overturn ROE vs WADE.

ALL GLORY TO GOD!! LET US GIVE THANKS!!  This is an amazing development.  Almost hard to believe.  Even more incredible is the statement that calls is egregiously wrong from the start!  Hallelujah!!

It is tragic that this document was leaked before the Court was able to complete their process and decide on the ruling.  It is very likely this leak was deliberately designed to cause a huge rift in our nation and raise the level of tension and aggression to create further polarization of the people.  In truth, that could even be the reason that the court is addressing this issue at this time.  After all, our strength as a Nation lies in our Union.  A nation divided against itself cannot stand.  

Feminism has been the ruling spirit in this nation for far too long.  Women have been convinced that in order for them to show their strength that had to become hard, heartless, masculine and hateful.  THIS IS A LIE!

Women have wonderful and powerful traits that God instilled in them.  Those are the traits that should be maximized and employed to bring light and love to a world that is filled with anger, resentment, unforgiveness, selfishness, lasciviousness, and hate.  Women have the power to soften the world if they would just allow GOD to move through them.

We must bear in mind that feminist abortion advocates have been hardened and their resentments and anger have been inflamed.  When we speak to them about abortion we must speak to them out of love.  They need to know that we are not against them.  That we love the mom’s as much as we love the babies.  EVERY SOUL is important to GOD.

That makes the leak of a draft ruling all the more astonishing, and certain to spark a backlash against the court and states who have pushed for a ban on abortion.

Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts on Tuesday confirmed the authenticity of a leaked draft court opinion that would toss out longstanding abortion rights, but he noted that the court’s decision isn’t final.

Roberts ordered an investigation into the leaker.

“To the extent this betrayal of the confidences of the Court was intended to undermine the integrity of our operations, it will not succeed,” the chief justice said in a statement. “The work of the Court will not be affected in any way.”

“I have directed the Marshal of the Court to launch an investigation into the source of the leak,” Roberts said.

The advance publication of a draft opinion is virtually unprecedented for the high court, where leaks of any kind are exceedingly rare.

The court shares drafts of opinions internally long before they are issued publicly, Roberts noted, calling it “a routine and essential part of the Court’s confidential deliberative work.”

The draft in this high-profile abortion case was created in February, according to Politico, which obtained the opinion.

The justices, law clerks and other employees of the court are “intensely loyal to the institution and dedicated to the rule of law,” Roberts said.

“Court employees have an exemplary and important tradition of respecting the confidentiality of the judicial process and upholding the trust of the Court. This was a singular and egregious breach of that trust that is an affront to the Court and the community of public servants who work here,” he said.

The publication of the draft opinion rocked Washington, triggering waves of shock and fury from Democrats who are now pushing for Congress to immediately codify abortion rights through legislation.

President Joe Biden said earlier Tuesday that he will work with Congress to pass and sign that legislation, if the reported draft opinion does reflect the final ruling.

SO, we see that BIDEN and the DEMONCRATS will push for war between our COURTS and OUR CONGRESS!  Pushing for more division, animosity, anger, resentment, hatred and violence.

CHRISTIANS need to begin to bombard their legislators to make their opinion very clear.  The silent majority need to rise up and make their voices heard.  If we will do all we can to stand, GOD will do the rest. WRITE YOUR CONGRESSMEN and WOMEN!!  

After Roberts confirmed the authenticity of the draft, Vice President Kamala Harris said it is “clear” that “opponents of Roe want to punish women and take away their rights to make decisions about their own bodies.” She added that “Republican legislators in states across the country are weaponizing the use of the law against women.”

SO, Kamala Harris is also propagating lies in order to spread division and hatred.  Democrats know they are loosing the support of minorities.  They also know that women now outnumber men and women in our nation have been brainwashed with feminist doctrine, so they are hoping to stir up the insecurities and resentments of women to get them to the polls.

Feminists want women to believe that the whole world is against them.  That ALL men are evil and only want to hold them down.  They see babies as a curse and a punishment, a worthless pile of cells that should be ripped from their vagina with pride.  There are also women who turn to abortion just because they cannot see any other answer at the time.  

Republicans decried the leak itself, and many called for the sort of investigation the Roberts announced late Tuesday morning. The GOP lawmakers who commented on the draft opinion praised it for putting decisions about abortion in the hands of states instead of the federal government.  (as it should be.  That is what makes our country great.  Each state is free to make their own laws.  If someone does not want to abide by them they are free to move to another state.)

The 98-page draft opinion was penned by Justice Samuel Alito, one of six conservatives on a court that has moved sharply to the right in the wake of the Trump administration.

Alito’s draft would toss out the precedent set by the 1973 case Roe v. Wade and reaffirmed in 1992 by Planned Parenthood v. Casey. Those pivotal rulings protect the right to get an abortion before the point of fetal viability and require that regulations limiting abortion access do not pose an “undue burden.”

The draft of the court opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization would side with the state of Mississippi in defense of a law that would ban almost all abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy.

Lower federal courts had blocked the law on the grounds that it violates the protections established by the Roe and Casey decisions.

The ascendance of the case to the Supreme Court, with its 6-3 conservative majority, made it one of the most significant threats to abortion protections in decades.

The court was expected to release its official ruling in the case closer to the end of the term in June, when the justices tend to share their biggest decisions.

In a stunning development, the news organization Politico on Monday night published a leaked draft of the eagerly anticipated Supreme Court decision in the Mississippi abortion case, Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

The 98-page draft, written by conservative associate justice Samuel A. Alito Jr., is a bombshell document because it reveals that a five-justice majority is poised to overturn a pair of landmark decisions that have shaped abortion law and national politics for decades — Roe v. Wade, which legalized abortion nationwide in 1973, and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, which affirmed Roe in 1992.

The Politico report, citing an unnamed person “familiar with the court’s deliberations,” said that four justices — Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett — have joined Alito in the majority opinion.   (Lift them up! Praise God for them and ask his blessings and strength upon them to continue and uphold the TRUTH!)

Here is what you need to know about this developing story:

1. People on both sides of the abortion debate have gathered outside the Supreme Court.

On Twitter, reporters noted that barricades went up around the Supreme Court building in Washington, D.C., immediately after the news broke late Monday night. A small group holding candles quickly grew to hundreds of people — with both pro-life activists and abortion supporters present.

Video captured heated encounters and chants including, “My body, my choice!” and “Hey hey, ho ho, Roe v. Wade has got to go!”

2. The decision would not make abortion illegal nationwide.

Abortion presents a profound moral question. The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe [v Wade] and [Planned Parenthood v Casey] arrogated that authority,” the draft opinion states. “We now overrule those decisions and return that authority to the people and their elected representatives,” the draft decision reads. If the decision holds, more than a dozen states will immediately outlaw abortion.

3. The draft is authentic. 

In a statement Tuesday, the Supreme Court confirmed the authenticity of the draft opinion.

“Justices circulated draft opinions internally as a routine part of the Court’s confidential deliberative work. Although the document described in yesterday’s report is authentic, it does not represent a decision by the Court or the final position of any member on the issues in the case.”

4. The leak of the draft is shocking.

The deliberations of the Supreme Court are a closely guarded secret, and this breach of confidentiality has sent shockwaves through the country. “It’s impossible to overstate the earthquake this will cause inside the Court, in terms of the destruction of trust among the Justices and staff,” SCOTUSblog tweeted Monday night. “This leak is the gravest, most unforgivable sin.”

Reflecting the seriousness of the breach, Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. ordered an immediate investigation to determine the source of the leak.

“Court employees have an exemplary and important tradition of respecting the confidentiality of the judicial process and upholding the trust of the Court,” Roberts said in a statement. “This was a singular and egregious breach of that trust that is an affront to the Court and the community of public servants who work here.”

Among other things, legal experts worry that the leak could influence the court’s final decision in the Dobbs case.

“Politico reports that the 5 original votes to overturn Roe are ‘unchanged as of this week,’ but does not report (and the leaker would know) that they have all said they will join the Alito opinion,” SCOTUSblog tweeted. “At least 1 is apparently uncommitted. Hence the leak?”

Roberts, for his part, vowed that the leak would have no influence on the court.

“To the extent this betrayal of the confidences of the Court was intended to undermine the integrity of our operations, it will not succeed. The work of the court will not be affected in any way,” Roberts said.

5. The draft is a strongly worded repudiation of Roe.

In the draft, Alito writes that the Constitution “makes no reference to abortion,” and that “no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision.”

[F]ar from bringing about a national settlement of the abortion issue, Roe and Casey have enflamed debate and deepened division,” the draft continues.

6. Catholic bishops have reacted positively to the draft opinion. 

Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone of San Francisco tweeted a photo of the pro-life March for Life, held on or around the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, Monday night, saying, “Tonight I am thinking of all the years of hard work by pro life people of all faiths and none. Years and years of patient advocacy, help for unwed moms, political engagement and more.”

Likewise, Bishop Joseph E. Strickland of Tyler, Texas, celebrated, “Thanks be to God for the Supreme Court decision regarding Roe vs Wade. Let us pray that hearts are changed and the sanctity of the life of the unborn once again is recognized in our nation.”

7. The draft is a preliminary document.

The document is dated Feb. 10, 2022, and is marked “1st Draft.” Politico and court experts have emphasized that Supreme Court draft opinions routinely undergo revisions prior to the release of an official decision.

The Dobbs case involves a Mississippi law restricting most abortions after 15 weeks and centers on the question of “Whether all pre-viability prohibitions on elective abortions are unconstitutional,” or whether states can ban abortion before a fetus can survive outside the womb. 

In Roe v. Wade, the court ruled that states could not ban abortion before viability, which the court determined to be 24 to 28 weeks into pregnancy.

The nine justices on the court heard oral arguments in the Dobbs case on Dec. 1, and met as a group shortly afterward to conduct a preliminary vote and assign the senior justice in the majority to write a draft of the opinion. A final decision is not expected to come for another two months at the end of the court’s term.

8. There is intense speculation about who leaked the document. 

For its part, Politico claimed that it received the draft “from a person familiar with the court’s proceedings in the Mississippi case along with other details supporting the authenticity of the document.”

SCOTUSblog took a particular interest in the Politico story byline.

“Those interested in who leaked the draft should wonder why Alexander Ward — a national security reporter — shares the byline. The leaker would insist that their identity be incredibly tightly held. Politico would not assign someone who didn’t have to be on the story,” it wrote.

Josh Blackman, a constitutional law professor at the South Texas College of Law Houston writing for Reason, shared some thoughts on “Whodunnit?”

“Even though this document was scanned by Politico, the authorities can probably trace it,” he said, detailing the characteristics of the document.

He shared his “completely uninformed speculation.”

“This document was typeset and printed in a formal fashion,” he said. “This document was also likely not circulated to chambers, but was floating around. And whoever had this document does not yet have access to the more recent drafts, or draft dissents.”

9. The leak places the Supreme Court in an unfamiliar position. 

No draft decision in the modern history of the court has been disclosed publicly while a case was still pending,” Politico senior legal affairs reporter Josh Gerstein and national security reporter Alexander Ward reported. “The unprecedented revelation is bound to intensify the debate over what was already the most controversial case on the docket this term.

Jonathan Peters, a media law professor at University of Georgia’s Grady College and law school, tweeted a thread explaining the history.

“SCOTUS generally has kept its secrets and has kept confidential its internal processes and deliberations,” he wrote. “But the Court does occasionally leak, and it has leaked before about Roe v. Wade.”

He went on to list several examples. “Its recorded history of leaks dates back to mid-19th century,” he said of the Supreme Court. “Some leaks have commented on a decision after its release. Others have provided accounts of personal relationships/conflicts among the justices. And, yes, some opinions have leaked before release.”

10. Pro-life leaders have reacted cautiously, although hopefully, to the leaked document.

The March for Lifewill not be providing comment on an official decision of #scotus possible leak until a decision is officially announced,” Jeanne Mancini, the president of the March for Life, responded on Twitter.

Like the legal experts, she also expressed concern about the influence of the purported leak.

“We also believe that given the leak the court should issue a ruling as soon as possible,” she added. “This leak was meant to corrupt the process. It is heartbreaking that some abortion advocates will stoop to any level to intimidate the court no matter what the consequences.”

Steven H. Aden, chief legal officer and general counsel at American United for Life, responded similarly.

The Supreme Court wishes to return the issue of abortion to the American people, and for that reason this draft opinion language is to be applauded,” he said. “It is outrageous that this draft language was leaked, presumably by pro-abortion staffers within the Court. It is a cynical and naked attempt to pressure justices to alter course in Dobbs and to perpetuate abortion violence. The Court should maintain the moral high ground, stick to the clear and courageous language this draft opinion, and not allow itself to be ruled by the expectations of pro-abortion activists or proxy media allies.”

11. Pro-life legal leaders have lauded the draft opinion. 

Carrie Severino, president of the Judicial Crisis Network, called the draft opinion “thoughtful, scholarly, and thorough.”

It does the work that the majority in Roe and Casey refused to do, looking to the Constitution itself to determine whether it includes a right to an abortion,” she wrote. “The opinion concludes it does not.”

Here the Court finally takes itself out of the business of legislating abortion – a task for which it it lacks both the authority and expertise,” she added. “Instead, that job will rightly be returned to the people and their elected representatives.

On the leak, she said, “This is an outstanding opinion, but it is also one that we should not have read tonight …This leak is just the latest iteration of the Left’s shameful campaign to intimidate and undermine the Court, and it should be seen for exactly what it is.”

12. Legal experts say the Supreme Court must conduct a full investigation of the leak. 

Blackman of South Texas College wrote that if an investigation cannot resolve what happened, Chief Justice John Roberts “must” resign. Impeachment could also be a possibility, if a justice was involved.

The President later Tuesday morning told reporters that if the final opinion is issued along the lines of the draft it would be a “radical decision” that would throw into question “a whole range of rights.”

The idea that we’re letting the states make those decisions, localities make those decisions, would be a fundamental shift in what we’ve done,” Biden told reporters before boarding Air Force One.

He continued, “So it goes far beyond, in my view … the concern of whether or not there is the right to choose. It goes to other basic rights – the right to marriage, the right to determine a whole range of things.”

President Joe Biden has said “a woman’s right to choose is fundamental“, after a leaked draft opinion suggesting the US Supreme Court could be about to overturn a landmark abortion case emerged.

Mr Biden went on to say the “basic fairness and the stability of our law” demanded the court did not overturn the 1973 Roe vs Wade case, which legalised abortion nationwide, adding the White House would work to codify the right to abortion into federal law.

In a statement released a day after Politico released the draft suggesting the high court could be poised to overturn the ruling, Mr Biden said his administration is preparing for all eventualities for when the court ultimately rules.

“If the court does overturn Roe, it will fall on our nation’s elected officials at all levels of government to protect a woman’s right to choose,” the president said, adding “it will fall on voters to elect pro-choice officials this November”.

“We will need more pro-choice senators and a pro-choice majority in the House to adopt legislation that codifies Roe, which I will work to pass and sign into law”, he continued.


“It concerns me a great deal that we’re going to, after 50 years, decide a woman does not have a right to choose within the limits of the Supreme Court decision” 

(It concerns me that after nearly 200 years of RIGHT TO LIFE guaranteed.  (as in LIFE, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness) we EVER ALLOWED a law to be passed that gave ANYONE the right to MURDER BABIES!!)

Speaking to reporters before boarding Air Force One, President Biden said he hopes “there are not enough votes for it” as he blasted the “radical” draft opinion.

He said if the rationale of the decision as leaked is sustained, it would threaten “a whole range of rights” such as privacy and marriage.  (who is not aware that our right to privacy has been usurped on multiple fronts?)

He actually said  Even more, Equally profound is the rationale used. It would mean that every other decision you make under the notion of privacy is thrown into question.

The president said: “I’ve not had a chance to thoroughly join to the report, the decision. But it basically says all the decisions you made in your private life, who you marry, whether or not you decide to conceive a child or not, whether or not you’re going to have an abortiona range of other decisions – whether and how you raise your child. What does this do? “Does this mean that in Florida they can decide they’re going to pass a law saying that same sex marriage is not permissible, that it’s against the law in Florida?

(SO, he sees giving the rights to the state to determine abortion laws for their citizens as a threat to ALL Freedoms, but he doesn’t think twice about taking our RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH which IS GUARANTEED by the Constitution??  He and his democratic party are determined to take ALL our GOD GIVEN rights from us.  By the way, there can be no argument that the right to MURDER your infant child is a GOD GIVEN RIGHT!)

A decision to overrule Roe v Wade would lead to abortion bans in roughly half the states and could have huge ramifications for this year’s congressional elections.  (There you go, that is what on Biden’s mind and the Democratic Party’s mind!)

Roe v Wade gave women in the US an absolute right to an abortion (that is right, that law did that – not the constitution and certainly not GOD!)  in the first three months of pregnancy – and limited rights in the second trimester.

But it remains unclear if the draft represents the court’s final word – opinions often change in the drafting process.

Whatever the outcome, the report published by Politico, marks an extremely rare breach of the court’s secretive deliberation process.

US Chief Justice John Roberts on Tuesday ordered an investigation into the leaking of the draft, which he called an “egregious breach of trust.”

In the high court’s first public comment since the draft was published, Chief Justice Roberts confirmed its authenticity but said “it does not represent a decision by the Court or the final position of any member on the issues in the case.”

He added: “I have directed the Marshal of the Court to launch an investigation into the source of the leak.”

WOW… this ought to clue you in to the fact that the LEFT was already prepared for this event.  There is no way this protest spontaneously occurred.  If you have ever worked on organizing a protest you know full well this kind of an protest takes a great deal of time, effort and money to organize.  Who do you think leaked the document and chose the timing of the leak???

Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,” the draft opinion states.

It was signed by Justice Samuel Alito, a member of the court’s 6-3 conservative majority who was appointed by former President George W Bush.

The document was labelled a “1st Draft” of the “Opinion of the Court” in a case challenging Mississippi’s ban on abortion after 15 weeks, a case known as Dobbs vs Jackson Women’s Health Organisation.

The court is expected to rule on the case before its term ends in late June or early July.

The draft opinion in effect states there is no constitutional right to abortion services and would allow individual states to more heavily regulate or outright ban the procedure.  [That is inflammatory.  It gives the states the right (which is already theirs according to the constitution) to determine their own regulations, rules and guidelines on the subject.]

We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled“, it states, referencing the 1992 case Planned Parenthood vs Casey that affirmed Roe’s finding of a constitutional right to abortion services but allowed states to place some constraints on the practice.

It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives”.

A Supreme Court spokeswoman said the court had no comment on the document, which dates from February.


What would be the ramifications of this judgement? US Correspondent Emma Murphy gives her analysis:

If you want an idea of how ferocious and divisive the debate over abortion is in the United States, the apparent leak of a draft judgement should give fair indication.

The fact that such a highly classified document has become public tears at the heart of the Supreme Court itself.

There is an accepted confidentially in the hallowed legal chambers, an acceptance that what is said becomes public only at the moment the justices deem it to be so.

Who leaked it and how will cause divisive suspicion in an already divided institution.

Why someone would take such a risk speaks to the strength of feeling surrounding abortion in America.

If, as the leak suggests, the Supreme Court has provisionally voted to overturn Roe vs Wade, the legislation that legalised abortion nationwide, it would effectively ban millions of women from seeking an abortion.

Individual states could define their own policies and once again (As it should be.  We are a Union of INDIVIDUAL STATES, free to make their own laws.) it will be divided down party lines. Blue states mainly allowing, red states often banning.  (Well that ought to tell you which party is for LIFE and which party is for DEATH!!) 

Within minutes of the leak the barricades started going up around the Supreme Court. It seems they may be needed inside and out. This will be a moment of huge outrage, about the leak itself and its content.

The Supreme Court is described as “distinctly American in concept and function”. It certainly seems to be as distinctly divided as the country itself.    Thank GOD for our Supreme Court and for our style of Government with its checks and balances.  When it is allowed to function properly it works great! )

For veteran anti-abortion activists, the leaked Supreme Court document read like a detailed dream come true, spelling out a potential ruling that would overturn the landmark Roe v. Wade decision and allow U.S. states to ban abortion.

But it’s a dream that’s just  beginning to unfold.

Indeed, even amid celebrations, there were hard-nosed assessments from some about the political battles that lie ahead if the national map officially becomes a patchwork of conflicting abortion laws.

“The end of Roe is only the beginning of saving unborn lives,” Daniel Darling, a Southern Baptist author and pastor, wrote in a column Tuesday for Baptist Press.

“The fight for their dignity goes from state to state and likely, into the halls of Congress,” he added, “After 50 years, we cannot grow weary.”

The Supreme Court confirmed Tuesday that the draft opinion, leaked to Politico, was an authentic document but said “it does not represent a decision by the court or the final position of any member on the issues in the case.”

Nonetheless, Kristan Hawkins, president of Students for Life of America, embraced as a “historic moment” the news that five of the court’s nine justices potentially endorse an opinion that would undo the 1973 ruling.

She found herself crying tears of elation as she listened to her husband explain to their children that such a decision “will result in millions of children being allowed to be born.”

“We’ve been preparing for this for years — but we know we have so much more to do,” said Hawkins, who has been an activist for 22 years since she volunteered at a crisis pregnancy center in Steubenville, Ohio, at age 15.

Assuming Roe is overturned, Hawkins said she and her allies will press Republican-governed states to swiftly outlaw abortion while also stepping up lobbying in Democratic strongholds where the procedure is protected, such as California and New York.

Another project, Hawkins said, is to trade ideas with Republican state officials about how to prevent women in states with bans from accessing mail-order pills to self-induce an abortion. And she welcomes discussion about a potential federal abortion ban were Republicans to retake both Congress and the presidency.

Some, like Mike Gonidakis, president of Ohio Right to Life for the past 14 years, disagree with the idea of seeking a national ban.

It’s a bad idea to run anything through our federal government, given Congress’s lack of ability to get things done,” he said. “This debate should be decided in our statehouses, not in the halls of D.C.”

Regarding mail-order pills, Gonidakis said it’s inevitable that some women in states with bans would be able to obtain them via the internet.

“You can’t eliminate it completely,” he said. “We can’t go around knocking on everyone’s doors and checking their internet. We’ve got to change the culture, win hearts and minds.”

Regardless, he said of the leaked document: “We’ve been praying for this for a long, long time.”

On Tuesday, Barbara Beavers of Jackson, Mississippi, stood outside the state’s only abortion clinic next to two signs that read: “Ask me about free pregnancy tests & ultrasounds” and “You don’t have to do this today.” She prayed and tried to talk to people as they got out of cars to go inside.

Asked about the Supreme Court developments, Beavers replied, “Roe v. Wade’s bad law.”

We need to be defending our children, unborn or born,” she added. “We don’t need to be killing.”

Michael New, an abortion opponent who teaches social research at The Catholic University of America, said a reversal of Roe would be “a very important victory” for the movement but not the end of its challenges.

“Women in states with legal protections for preborn children could still obtain abortions in other states where the laws are more permissive,” he said via email. “Crafting policies to discourage women from seeking abortions in other states will likely engage pro-life analysts and strategists for years to come.”

Long-time anti-abortion activist Julaine Appling, president of Wisconsin Family Action, noted that her state stands to be a battleground for abortion issues in this year’s midterm elections. There is a pre-Roe criminal statute that could take effect, but Democratic Attorney General Josh Kaul has said he would not enforce it.

“If the Court does overturn Roe, Wisconsin’s pro-life movement must be ready to serve women facing unplanned pregnancies and their babies,” Appling said. “We must be ready for this election season to stand together for babies and their mothers.”

In his Baptist Press column, Darling spoke of vindication for “a relentless pro-life movement that has often been maligned, misunderstood, and mocked and yet refused to go away.”

Patient pro-life activists, often led by women, have marched in rain, snow and sleet year after year,” he wrote, “demanding justice for the unborn.”

Leaked Supreme Court draft ignites abortion firestorm in Washington

US President Joe Biden urged voters Tuesday to defend their “fundamental” rights after a leaked Supreme Court draft on ending nationwide legal abortion sparked a political firestorm around one of America’s most divisive ethical issues.

Abortion is the fiercest fought of all the so-called culture war battles, and Republicans have pushed hard for years to overturn Roe — something that became almost inevitable once three conservative justices were appointed under Donald Trump, shifting the Supreme Court’s political balance sharply to the right.

Biden, whose Democrats have been forecast to lose their narrow control of Congress in November, issued a rallying cry to the left, warning that restricting abortion rights will be only the beginning.  (again, I believe this is the reason for the leak and the timing of it.  The Democrats are loosing their hold and they need an issue for the women voters to rally around and vote democrat.  They don’t care about women or anyone’s rights.  They just want to maintain control.  While pretending to care about women’s rights they are taking away your right to free speech – which is a FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT, without which YOU HAVE NO FREEDOM!)

Speaking to reporters, Biden went further, calling the draft ruling “radical” and warning of a “fundamental shift in American jurisprudence” that could put into question the future of gay marriage and “how you raise your child.”  (Democrat Common Core and Gender Identity policies are repudiating our parental rights already!)

It would mean that every other decision relating to the notion of privacy is thrown into question.”

The Republican National Committee said it was time for abortion decisions to revert to state governments.

The far left wants unelected judges to impose a radical, one-size-fits-all abortion policy, leaving Americans without a voice. The Republican Party will always stand for the sanctity of life,” it said.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer angrily denounced the leak as an “abomination” and vowed that if it stands the Senate will vote on legislation to uphold women’s access to abortions.  (Pray for this man.  Pray that GOD will touch his heart and change him from the inside out.)

Schumer said the conservative justices “lied” to the Senate during confirmation hearings when they assured senators Roe was settled law. He said with the draft opinion circulating, “the Supreme Court is poised to inflict the greatest restriction of rights in the past 50 years — not just on women, but on all Americans.”  (WHAT A CROCK!! These alarmists love to stoke the flames and stir up resentments, fears and hatred.)

This is a dark and disturbing morning in America,” Schumer said as he opened the Senate on Tuesday.   (Those who love the darkness, hate the LIGHT!  This day, this announcement was the most encouraging moment I have seen in a long time.  The HOPE that we may some day soon see an end of the insanity of murdering infants is so uplifting! A DAY OF GREAT LIGHT!)

But the Democratic leader stopped short of promising to change Senate filibuster rules to allow Democrats to overcome Republican obstruction and pass legislation that would salvage the landmark abortion law on their own, as some party advocates are demanding.

Schumer does not have the votes within the Democrats’ razor-thin 50-vote majority to muscle through a rules change in the Senate that would allow Democrats to push past what is typically a 60-vote threshold on big bills.  (PRAISE GOD!!  Hallelujah! May we see an end to democratic bullying!!)

With all the money it cost our Nation to support all the Illegal Immigrants brought in by Biden and Obama, we could provide support and care for all the pregnant US Citizens and their children.  Rather than provide food, clothing, housing and college education to illegal immigrants who hate our country and want to change it, we could be providing that care to the children and grandchildren of the Americans that built this country.
