“repent” means to experience a heartfelt change of mind, attitude, and purpose, turning away from sin and returning to God.
Now, you may be thinking in your heart, I don’t need to repent, I have been walking with the Lord for years. Dear hearts, dear friends, dear brothers and sisters in Christ, hear me. This time will NEVER BE AGAIN. This is a one time shot. There is still opportunity to grow, to labor, to contribute to the work that God is doing in the Earth. Even those who speak daily with God, still have room for improvement. None of us has reached perfection. We are seen as perfect through the blood. But, there are spiritual opportunities to serve. When you stand before the Lord and the book is open, do not hope to hear your merits? Do you not want to hear Him say WELL DONE GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT enter into thy rest? You may be totally convinced that you have done all you can. I challenge you though, to seek God’s will for your last days on this earth. He may want to do great things through you.
