YES, the CHURCH – The People of GOD will be victorious in the end. Remember that when evil gets darker, GRACE DOTH much more abound. Throughout history, the times when the power of GOD moved in people most in when the people of GOD were being persecuted. The devil tries to stamp out FAITH but the more he tries the MORE FAITH GROWS. There will be revival.. Yes, people will be saved. Those who belong to Our Heavenly Father and are living by truth as lead by the Holy Spirit, will have God’s protection. Even if they are homeless, in prisoned, or martyred God will get them through.
The elite have everything in place to establish their Anti-Christ system. The New World Order will be the most wicked, vile, evil, system the world has ever known. Millions will die. Living in the Beast’s system will be a living HELL. All will be enslaved. There will be no FREEDOM.

Bad Precedent
OpenAI released its hotly-anticipated GPT-4 on Tuesday, providing a 98–page “technical report“ on the latest iteration of its large language model (LLM).
But despite the lengthy documentation and the company’s not-for-profit roots, OpenAI has revealed extremely little information about how its latest AI actually works — which has experts worried, Venture Beat reports.
OpenAI, however, claims it had good reason to play its cards close to the chest.
“Given both the competitive landscape and the safety implications of large-scale models like GPT-4,” reads the paper, “this report contains no further details about the architecture (including model size), hardware, training compute, dataset construction, training method, or similar.”
In other words: this is OpenAI’s Krabby Patty formula, and they won’t be offering up the recipe anytime soon.
Secret Sauce
OpenAI is “basically saying, it’s cool, just do your thing, we don’t care,” Falcon told Venture Beat, arguing that OpenAI has set a “bad precedent” for competing AI startups. “So you are going to have all these companies who are not going to be incentivized anymore to make things open-source, to tell people what they’re doing.“
“These models can get super-dangerous very quickly, without people monitoring them,” he added. “And it’s just really hard to audit. It’s kind of like a bank that doesn’t belong to FINRA, like how are you supposed to regulate it?”
Show Your Work
Falcon makes an excellent point. It’s easy for anyone to say that they’re doing all of the right things to get to a certain outcome. But if you don’t actually show your work, outside regulation is pretty much impossible.
There’s also the reality that the existence of the paper is pretty misleading altogether. Though the OpenAI paper is called a technical report, it doesn’t exactly contain much technical information. And that, says Falcon, does everyone a disservice.
“You’re masquerading as research,” the CEO told Venture Beat. “That’s the problem.”
In any case, though, the technical report made one thing clear: that despite its name, OpenAI’s doors are firmly shut — and that’s unlikely to change.

Microsoft lays off entire AI ethics team while going all out on ChatGPT
A new report indicates Microsoft will expand AI products, but axe the people who make them ethical.
This month saw the surprise dissolution of Microsoft’s entire Ethics & Society team—the latest casualty in the company’s ongoing layoffs affecting 10,000 employees, or roughly 5 percent of its entire global workforce. As first reported by The Verge on Monday, the news allegedly came after Microsoft’s corporate vice president of AI assured remaining employees that their jobs were safe. Once a 30-member department, the Ethics & Society team had been reduced to just seven people in October 2022 following an internal reorganization.
The move strikes many experts as worrisome, especially now—Microsoft’s Ethics & Society department was responsible for ensuring the company’s principles pertaining to artificial intelligence development were reflected in product designs. Most recently, The Verge explained the group worked to identify risks within the company’s plans to rapidly integrate OpenAI’s tech into its product suite. Microsoft has so far invested over $11 billion in the AI startup.
Amid the multiple waves of dramatic layoffs that have roiled Big Tech in recent months, Microsoft first announced plans in January to ax approximately 10,000 jobs from its global workforce by March 2023. The major cutback occurred as a new “AI arms race” kicked off between companies including Microsoft, Google, and Meta. All three and others are rushing to deliver on their lofty promises of chat programs, text generators, and revolutionary online search aids to consumers. Industry observers continue to urge caution against wantonly unleashing hastily tested, frequently problematic generative AI software.
“I am concerned about the timing of this decision, given that Microsoft has partnered with OpenAI and is using ChatGPT in its search engine Bing and across other services,” Duri Long, an assistant professor in communications focusing on human/AI interaction at Northwestern University, writes to PopSci via email. “This technology is new, and we are still learning about its implications for society. In my opinion, dedicated ethics teams are vital to the responsible development of any technology, and especially so with AI.”
Microsoft still maintains a separate Office of Responsible AI responsible for determining principles and guidelines to oversee artificial intelligence initiatives, but a gap remains between that segment of the company and how those plans are translated to their own projects. “People would look at the principles coming out of the office of responsible AI and say, ‘I don’t know how this applies,’” a former employee told The Verge. “Our job was to show them and to create rules in areas where there were none.”
“It’s not that [Ethics & Society] is going away—it’s that it’s evolving,” Microsoft’s corporate VP of AI reportedly assured remaining Ethics & Society members following the October 2022 reorg. “It’s evolving toward putting more of the energy within the individual product teams that are building the services and the software, which does mean that the central hub that has been doing some of the work is devolving its abilities and responsibilities.”

The term refers to a community where residents can reach everyday essentials — like work, school, and shops — by walking, biking, or taking public transportation in 15 minutes or less. According to the globalists promoting the concept, 15-minute cities are necessary to fight climate change and support public health.

Fifteen-minute cities are popping up everywhere, and the World Economic Forum is wildly enthusiastic about them. Last year it was announced that Paris, France, would become a 15-minute city, and now the British city of Oxford is next. However, outraged Brits are fighting back.
As reported previously at RAIR Foundation USA, the city council has announced that it will divide Oxford into 15-minute neighborhoods or small 15-minute towns billed as “greener, cleaner and safer.” To further seize control of people’s lives, Globalists are pushing the false idea that these “green” cities, which make services accessible to residents within 15 minutes of their homes, will “save the planet” and help all humanity.
Instead, they are nothing more than a way for them to restrict, coerce, fine, punish, surveil, and limit the fundamental right of freedom of movement for residents. For example, residents are not allowed to leave your 15-minute city by car more than the allotted times a year. Otherwise, you will be fined. In addition, the government will track and control your every movement through your smartphones & facial recognition technology.
Climate lockdown
The “15-minute city” concept is crucial in the United Nations Agenda 2030 and their Net Zero green agenda. The World Economic Forum is also pushing this new concept. Oxford, which has declared a ‘climate emergency,’ is hoping their 15-minute cities will help achieve the Council’s ‘Net Zero carbon Oxford’ vision by 2040.”
As early as 2024, Oxford plans to impose “climate lockdowns” on residents to help achieve the Council’s ‘Net Zero carbon Oxford’ vision by 2040.” The “15-minute city” concept is also crucial for the United Nations Agenda 2030. And not surprisingly, the World Economic Forum is also pushing the idea.
Oxford will be divided into six zones ‘to save the planet’ from “global warming.” Electronic fences are placed on access roads to ensure residents remain within their own zone.
Residents are allowed to leave their 15-minute city a maximum of 100 times a year, but then they must first register their car, which is tracked throughout the city via smart cameras.
While the initial allotment of escape tickets may seem reasonable to some, once the public accepts that the state has the right to confine you, it is guaranteed that they will add additional restrictions and fewer permits to leave your zone. This was established very clearly and quickly in many Western nations in the past few years under the rubric of Covid restrictions.
Protests
Oxford residents are furious over council plans to turn the city into ’15-minute’ controlled zones. They have been brushed away by the Council, which has ignored their displeasure.

Oxford citizens have taken to the streets, “The media is silent, of course,” writes UK journalist Sophie Corcoran. She implored people to stand with the citizens of Oxford against this type of totalitarianism.

Advances in neuroscience, engineering and artificial intelligence have brought us a world of greater brain transparency. With consumer brain wearables coming of age, we can now monitor brain activity as easily as we track heart rate, blood oxygen levels and steps taken in a day; which will revolutionize our relationship with technology and understanding of ourselves and each other.
Consumer brain wearables can empower us to take charge of our mental health and wellbeing, but they also threaten our last bastion of freedom.
Consumer brain wearables are devices with brain sensors embedded into everyday technology like ear buds, headphones and watches that can detect brain activity to give us insight into our own minds. Powerful algorithms can decode and classify brain activity to tell whether a person is focused, stressed, engaged, frustrated, mediating and more. Which means that as you listen to music or take a conference call, your brain activity can be recorded in real-time.
I’m not talking about the future. I’m describing technology that has already arrived.

Hundreds of thousands of brain wearable devices are already in use worldwide by people to meditate, improve their focus, track their sleep activity, decrease their stress levels, or even play video games with their minds. Already they are helping people with ADHD to better manage their symptoms may soon give people with epilepsy advanced warning of impending seizures.
Brain wearables can’t literally read our thoughts, but they can be used to probe a person’s mind for recognition of facts, numbers, words, shapes, images and even political biases.
Which is why they also introduce unprecedented risks to our mental privacy and threaten a new kind of neural surveillance. These are risks that are already being realized in places like the People’s Republic of China, where workers and students have reportedly been compelled to use brain wearables to track their attention and focus throughout the day.
Conductors of the busiest high-speed rail line in the world — the Beijing–Shanghai line — have brain sensors embedded in the brims of their hats. So do workers at utilities like Hangzhou Zhongheng Electric and the State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power.
Workers have been sent home when their brain metrics reveal less than stellar performance, or their emotional states risks workplace disruption. And Chinese citizens’ minds are purportedly being probed for citizens’ loyalty to the Chinese Communist Party.
It isn’t just state employees in China who are subject to neural surveillance. In 2019, the Wall Street Journal revealed that fifth-grade students at a primary school in Jinhua were required to wear headsets to track their brain activity, which fed data to their teachers, parents, and the state about their focus and attention during their school day.
This kind of compelled neural surveillance, particularly by an authoritarian state actor, irrespective of what can or cannot be inferred from brain activity has a chilling effect on freedom of thought, is used to enforce conformity and undermines the very ability to think freely.
We should be particularly concerned by the misuse of data from brain wearables being sold into the U.S. market by regimes that do not respect freedom of thought. Flowtime, a popular brain wearable device being sold in the United States and abroad, is manufactured by Hangzhou Enter Electronic Technology (Entertech), a Chinese-based company.
Entertech has accumulated millions of brain activity recordings from people worldwide engaged in everything from mind-controlled video game racing to working and sleeping. But Entertech collects far more than brain activity data from its users.
It also records their personal information, GPS signals, device sensors, computers, services a person is using, their IP addresses, operating systems, referring web page and other pages visited. Which means the U.S. government shouldn’t just investigate whether it should ban TikTok, but whether brainwave data is being recorded from U.S. users while on the platform, too.
We must move quickly to safeguard the right to self-determination over our brains and mental experiences. We should begin by recognizing a human right to cognitive liberty, to secure individual self-determination over corporate or government interests of peering into brain.
We also urgently need greater public dialogue over the potential uses and implications of consumer neurotechnology. We should act quickly to ensure these devices are used to benefit humanity, and not as a tool of apparent or actual mental surveillance and manipulation.

We’ll All Be Targeted Under The US Government’s New Precrime Program – OpEd
It never fails.
Just as we get a glimmer of hope that maybe, just maybe, there might be a chance of crawling out of this totalitarian cesspool in which we’ve been mired, we get kicked down again.
In the same week that the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously declared that police cannot carry out warrantless home invasions in order to seize guns under the pretext of their “community caretaking” duties, the Biden Administration announced its plans for a “precrime” crime prevention agency.
Talk about taking one step forward and two steps back.
Precrime, straight out of the realm of dystopian science fiction movies such as Minority Report, aims to prevent crimes before they happen by combining widespread surveillance, behavior prediction technologies, data mining, precognitive technology, and neighborhood and family snitch programs to enable police to capture would-be criminals before they can do any damage.
This particular precrime division will fall under the Department of Homeland Security, the agency notorious for militarizing the police and SWAT teams; spying on activists, dissidents and veterans; stockpiling ammunition; distributing license plate readers; contracting to build detention camps; tracking cell-phones with Stingray devices; carrying out military drills and lockdowns in American cities; using the TSA as an advance guard; conducting virtual strip searches with full-body scanners; carrying out soft target checkpoints; directing government workers to spy on Americans; conducting widespread spying networks using fusion centers; carrying out Constitution-free border control searches; funding city-wide surveillance cameras; and utilizing drones and other spybots.
The intent, of course, is for the government to be all-seeing, all-knowing and all-powerful in its preemptive efforts to combat domestic extremism.
Where we run into trouble is when the government gets overzealous and over-ambitious and overreaches.
This is how you turn a nation of citizens into snitches and suspects.
In the blink of an eye, ordinary Americans will find themselves labeled domestic extremists for engaging in lawful behavior that triggers the government’s precrime sensors.
Of course, it’s an elaborate setup: we’ll all be targets.
In such a suspect society, the burden of proof is reversed so that guilt is assumed and innocence must be proven.
It’s the American police state’s take on the dystopian terrors foreshadowed by George Orwell, Aldous Huxley and Phillip K. Dick all rolled up into one oppressive pre-crime and pre-thought crime package.
What’s more, the technocrats who run the surveillance state don’t even have to break a sweat while monitoring what you say, what you read, what you write, where you go, how much you spend, whom you support, and with whom you communicate.
Computers now do the tedious work of trolling social media, the internet, text messages and phone calls for potentially anti-government remarks, all of which is carefully recorded, documented, and stored to be used against you someday at a time and place of the government’s choosing.
In this way, with the help of automated eyes and ears, a growing arsenal of high-tech software, hardware and techniques, government propaganda urging Americans to turn into spies and snitches, as well as social media and behavior sensing software, government agents are spinning a sticky spider-web of threat assessments, behavioral sensing warnings, flagged “words,” and “suspicious” activity reports aimed at snaring potential enemies of the state.
… you won’t have to do anything illegal or challenge the government’s authority in order to be flagged as a suspicious character, labeled an enemy of the state and locked up like a dangerous criminal.
In fact, all you will need to do is use certain trigger words, surf the internet, communicate using a cell phone, drive a car, stay at a hotel, purchase materials at a hardware store, take flying or boating lessons, appear suspicious to a neighbor, question government authority, or generally live in the United States.

(Natural News) What are those silly white people so nervous about? Republicans are in a panic over critical race theory! They’re afraid of things they don’t understand! Don’t they know that racism against whites, according to our phony baloney definition of racism, is a logical impossibility?
We’re hearing a lot of talk like this these days. The Left is in a huff that Americans have started to notice the nonsense story we are constantly fed about race in America is precisely backwards. While we are told we live under “white supremacy,” dehumanizing, anti-white racism is increasingly pervasive in American life. It’s in schools across the country, where white children are indoctrinated to hate themselves because of their skin color. Corporations subject their workers to ritual humiliation about “whiteness” and what must be done to purge themselves, and society, of this evil. The federal government, under Joe Biden, is prosecuting a new draconian “war on extremism” that is, in reality, a shot across the bow at recalcitrant whites who refuse to accept this as normal and good.

The power centers around the globe are tightening their grip, a new digital iron curtain is coming down, (KEEP IN MIND WHERE THE INTERNET ORIGINATED – CERN!) and they have essentially co-opted the entire system for their own purposes. I mean, that makes sense, they have built the infrastructure of an all-encompassing, soul-crushing, digital totalitarian state, and now it is in the hands of power-hungry megalomaniacal sociopaths.
I believe the government and the military came to fully understand the technological trajectory the human race is on during World War Two. The innovation that came from that war and the incremental steps that came after, with the culmination, being the inception and development of the internet, have changed what our future would become.

They understood that human ingenuity would continue pushing the envelope and these innovations would ultimately lead to subjects that have long been sitting in the realm of science fiction, to become reality.
Some of the technological advancements are finally starting to see the light of day…which makes our lifetimes and the last couple generations, possibly, the most consequential in human history.
As of right now, we have a choice…
We can use these advancements for the betterment of humans, or we can allow these innovations to be used by the elite for control, greed, and to further their grasp on power.
