After it was revealed that George Soros invested in a biotech lab in Wuhan, some people were led to believe that the billionaire currency manipulator had a hand in the pandemic’s outbreak.
But those theories have been furthered after an old photo resurfaced of director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Dr. Anthony Fauci, Bill Gates Sr, a prominent member of Planned Parenthood and George Soros.
In a recent interview, Dr. V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai, otherwise known as ‘Dr, Shiva’, who invented email, noted that Fauci is on the leadership council of the Gates foundation. Shiva calls Fauci “Pharma’s front-man”adding that he “controls academic lies.” He added that Fauci is “very close to the Gates’.”
Shiva also accused Fauci of pushing a “purposely misguided health policy” and of “banking on the ignorance of the American people and the ignorance of the President.”
Shiva went on to say that Fauci is leading us into an economic depression adding that “Fauci is literally destroying our economy heading it into a depression.”

President Donald Trump is fighting to find a medical solution for Coronavirus in the short term, expressing hope that the anti-malaria drug Chloroquine/hydroxychloroquine can help patients suffering from the Chinese virus.
The truth is that President Donald Trump is locked in an intense power struggle with Bill Gates, who is pushing his vaccines, which may not be available to the public until after November’s election.
Gates has a lot of pull in the medical world, he has a multi-million dollar relationship with Dr. Fauci, and Fauci originally took the Gates line supporting vaccines and casting doubt on Chloroquine. Coronavirus response team member Dr. Deborah Birx, appointed by former president Obama to serve as United States Global AIDS Coordinator, also sits on the board of a group that has received billions from Gates’ foundation, and Birx reportedly used a disputed Bill Gates-funded model for the White Houses’ Coronavirus effort.
Gates is a big proponent for a population lockdown scenario for the Coronavirus outbreak.
National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID, a division of National Institutes of Health, NIH) director Dr. Anthony Fauci, who is represented by the Aurumn Speakers Bureau, initially criticized Trump’s hopeful assessment of Chloroquine, saying in an interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper that “There’s no magic drug for coronavirus right now,” and lectured, “Let me put it into perspective for the viewers .. there has been anecdotal non-proven data that it [chloroquine] works… but when you have an uncontrolled trial you can never definitely say that it works.”
Fauci then changed his tune and launched a public relations campaign huddling closer to Trump. Fauci said that he would definitely prescribe Chloroquine for patients. “Yeah, of course, particularly if people have no other option. These drugs are approved drugs for other reasons. They’re anti-malaria drugs, and they’re drugs against certain autoimmune diseases like lupus. Physicians throughout the country can prescribe that in an off-label way. Which means they can write it for something it was not approved for.”

“If ‘back to normal’ means acting like there never was a Coronavirus problem, I don’t think that’s going to happen until we do have a situation where you can completely protect the population.”
Fauci downplayed the threat of Coronavirus on January 21 in a Newsmax TV interview, saying, “This is not a major threat for the people in the United States, and this is not something that the citizens of the United States right now should be worried about.” Since then, Coronavirus has exploded in the United States, boosting demand for a vaccine.
But Fauci’s NIAID actually funded a study on Bat Coronavirus, which was a project that included scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the Chinese lab at the center of controversy over their bat research. That study confirmed in 2018 that humans have died from coronavirus.
Here’s an excerpt from the April 4, 2018 NIAID website entry entitled “New Coronavirus Emerges From Bats in China, Devastates Young Swine”: “A newly identified coronavirus that killed nearly 25,000 piglets in 2016-17 in China emerged from horseshoe bats near the origin of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV), which emerged in 2002 in the same bat species. The new virus is named swine acute diarrhea syndrome coronavirus (SADS-CoV). It does not appear to infect people, unlike SARS-CoV which infected more than 8,000 people and killed 774. No SARS-CoV cases have been identified since 2004. The study investigators identified SADS-CoV on four pig farms in China’s Guangdong Province. The work was a collaboration among scientists from EcoHealth Alliance, Duke-NUS Medical School, Wuhan Institute of Virology and other organizations, and was funded by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, part of the National Institutes of Health. The research is published in the journal Nature. The researchers say the finding is an important reminder that identifying new viruses in animals and quickly determining their potential to infect people is a key way to reduce global health threats.”
Additionally, the Daily Mail reported that National Institutes of Health, of which Fauci’s NIAID is a member, provided a $3.7 million grant to the Wuhan Institute of Virology to study bat-borne coronavirus. That study was headlined, ‘Discovery of a rich gene pool of bat SARS-related coronaviruses provides new insights into the origin of SARS coronavirus.’

“There are a lot of therapeutic drugs being examined. This is one of many but it is not proven. If it works we will need to make sure the finite supplies are held for the patients who need it most. We also have a screening effort to look at all the ideas for Therapeutics because the number being proposed is very large and only the most promising should be tried in patients. China was testing some things but now they have so few cases that that testing needs to move to other locations,” Gates said.

The company Moderna is working on a Coronavirus vaccine, which they expect will go into clinical trials in April. Dr. Fauci has heaped praise on Moderna and said that a vaccine is the only way to definitively assure the end of the virus. Gates is working on multiple Coronavirus vaccine projects.
“Gates Foundation money is backing vaccine development on every front. Inovio Pharmaceuticals of Pennsylvania received $9 million from the Gates-backed CEPI, Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations, to develop a vaccine, INO-4800, which is about to test on humans in April, a suspiciously rapid time frame. In addition Gates Foundation just gave the company an added $5 million to develop a proprietary smart device for intradermal delivery of the new vaccine.
In addition Gates Foundation monies via CEPI are financing development of a radical new vaccine method known as messengerRNA or mRNA.
They are co-funding the Cambridge, Massachusetts biotech company, Moderna Inc., to develop a vaccine against the Wuhan novel coronavirus, now called SARS-CoV-2. Moderna’s other partner is the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), a part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Head of NIAID is Dr Anthony Fauci, the person at the center of the Trump Administration virus emergency response. Notable about the Fauci-Gates Moderna coronavirus vaccine, mRNA-1273, is that it has been rolled out in a matter of weeks, not years, and on February 24 went directly to Fauci’s NIH for tests on human guinea pigs, not on mice as normal. Add to this the fact that the Gates Foundation and related entities such as CEPI constitute the largest funders of the public-private entity known as WHO, and that its current director, Tedros Adhanom, the first WHO director in history not a medical doctor, worked for years on HIV with the Gates Foundation when Tedros was a government minister in Ethiopia, and we see that there is practically no area of the current coronavirus pandemic where the footprints of the omnipresent Gates are not to be found. If that is to the good of mankind or grounds to be worried, time will tell.”

While it is uncertain that Moderna’s answer is the solution, Fauci notes that the only surefire way to stop an outbreak is to develop a vaccine. Moderna manufactures drugs around messenger RNA molecules that carry instructions to reprogram cells in the body to operate differently and beneficially. Currently, its genetic technology has not created a vaccine for humans.
The first study of the vaccine will take place at NIAID. If it is successful, a second trial would feature closer to hundreds of people. Pending the results of future studies and regulations, the vaccine may not be readily available until next year, Fauci said.

Many countries have introduced social distancing measures to slow the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. To understand if these recommendations are effective, we need to assess how far they are being followed.
To assist with this, our team has developed an urban data dashboard to help understand the impact of social distancing measures on people and vehicle movement within a metropolitan city in real time.
The Newcastle University Urban Observatory was established to better understand the dynamics of movement in a city. It makes use of thousands of sensors and data sharing agreements to monitor movement around the city, from traffic and pedestrian flow to congestion, car park occupancy and bus GPS trackers.It also monitors energy consumption, air quality, climate and many other variables.

We have analysed over 1.8 billion individual pieces of observational data, as well as other data sources, with deep learning algorithms. These inform and update the dashboard in real time.

In the graphic above, real-time data from pedestrian sensors is shown as solid lines. The shaded areas are the “normal” pre-lockdown pedestrian flows. Sensors usually monitor pedestrian flows in two directions every hour, which is then compared against the same day from the previous year. Peaks in the graph represent an increased volume of people movement during rush hour. Since the lockdown, however, only very small peaks have been observed overall.
Our research has found that pedestrian movement has reduced by 95% when compared to the annual average. This shows that people have been following government guidelines closely. However, the most profound decrease in footfall only occurred following the strict regulations introduced late on March 23, suggesting that the stronger message had the desired effect.

In terms of vehicle movement, traffic reduced at a much slower pace to about 50% of the annual average early in the first week of lockdown. This is possibly due to people shifting to using cars rather than public transport. Overall, we estimate there have been 612,000 lost journeys on public transport since March 1 in Tyne and Wear.

Public Health England has also suggested that people stay a minimum of two metres apart when out and about. This advice has been widely advertised, but it is difficult to assess whether it is being followed. Using computer vision and image processing, our team at the Urban Observatory has developed algorithms that can automatically measure social distancing in public areas.
Measuring Social Distancing through Machine Learning.
We produced models which can measure the distance between pedestrians in public places. Using a traffic light indicator system, the algorithm is able to anonymously identify and label people who maintain safe distances, while flagging certain instances in red where social distancing measures are violated.
Using this information, it is possible to identify bottlenecks where social distancing cannot be maintained, and how citizens adapt as restrictions are imposed or lifted.
This type of data not only shows how physical distancing is changing in real time, but will also provide detailed insight into long-term behavioural changes. (So this is just designed to give AI the data they need to build its strategies for controlling the masses as the New World Order clamps down.)
Tools for the future
A World Health Organization expert has claimed that the UK was ten days late in implementing strict social distancing measures. This was perhaps due to a lack of insight into widespread public behaviour. Observational infrastructure developed through technology may lie at the heart of future crisis management responses.
The Newcastle Urban Observatory is part of a global movement to develop what are known as smart cities: where embedded sensors provide real-time data on city systems to optimise performance and enable evidence-based decision making.
Smart cities use information and communication technologies to streamline urban operations on a large scale. Technological ecosystems collect traffic, noise, air quality, energy consumption and movement data in order to make improved and sustainable decisions by authorities and enterprises. Citizens can engage with the smart city in a number of ways.
Data authority and governance will be an important point of discussion in future Smart City development. The Urban Observatory is actively researching the governance of smart cities, and applies an ethos of openness and transparency by publishing all the data in real time.
Our analysis of the current situation presents an opportunity to be better prepared for the next crisis, or to quantify the impacts of large-scale social change.
Police cam manufacturer Wolfcom has contracts with 1,500 organizations
Wolfcom, a company that makes technology for police, is pitching body cameras with live facial recognition to law enforcement groups across the United States, OneZero has learned. It’s a move that pushes against industry norms: Axon, the largest manufacturer of body cameras in the United States, declared last year that it would not put the invasive technology in its hardware, citing “serious ethical concerns.” NEC, which sells live facial recognition elsewhere in the world, has also not sold it to U.S. law enforcement.
Wolfcom claims to have sold body cameras to at least 1,500 police departments, universities, and federal organizations across the country. It has been developing live facial recognition for the Halo, Wolfcom’s newest body camera model, according to documents and a video obtained by OneZero through public records requests.
This new initiative makes Wolfcom the first major body camera provider in the United States to pursue live facial recognition, a controversial stance given a nationwide push from privacy advocates to ban the technology.
The company originally started as a spy equipment manufacturer and paintball retailer based in Hollywood.
“With Realtime Facial Recognition, WOLFCOM hopes to give our friends in Law Enforcement tools that will help them identify if the person they are talking to is a wanted suspect, a missing child or adult, or a person of interest,” Wolfcom founder Peter Austin Onruang wrote in a May 14, 2019, email to the Noble Police Department in Oklahoma.
The email also contained a link to a video demonstration of facial recognition already running on a body camera. In the video, three people stand side by side. As they enter the body camera’s field of vision, a nearby computer monitor shows a graphic over the live video, guessing their age, gender, and facial expression and announcing if they are a missing person, have an outstanding warrant, or are wanted for felony assault.
In the May 2019 email, Onruang asked police departments to help test the facial recognition software. Other emails obtained by OneZero between Wolfcom and police departments in Los Lunas, New Mexico, and Bakersfield, California, as well as the Hardin County Sheriff’s Department in Ohio, show similar messages sent in May.

Wolfcom is now moving forward with beta testing with at least one known police department. A representative with the Los Lunas Police Department told OneZero that it decided on March 4, 2020, to go through with the test and was in the process of installing the software onto an Android phone that would pair with a Wolfcom body camera. Two officers will test the software.
In February 2020, Wolfcom posted a password-protected download link for a facial recognition app for use on Android phones. The company’s website now says its Halo camera is “ready for facial recognition.” But it could be in use elsewhere in the country, as the website says the app has been downloaded six times.
For now, it seems the beta test is slightly less real-time than the company’s marketing video would suggest. Officers will be able to take a picture with the Halo camera and upload it to the Wolfcom body camera app in the field.
“Let’s say a police officer in Arizona two months ago had taken a photo of this guy. It would recognize that and then tell our officer, ‘Hey, you know what? This guy was in Arizona for maybe battery against a police officer,’” Lieutenant Jose Hernandez, of the Los Lunas Police Department, told OneZero. However, it’s not clear which databases the Wolfcom software would be searching or whether it would be able to access information from multiple police departments.
Wolfcom didn’t make promises about the facial recognition’s accuracy or say who else would be part of the beta test, according to Hernandez, but the company said participants in the beta program would be able to use the facial recognition service for free in the future.
“Say three years from now, if it’s something that gets big and everyone’s using it… we don’t have to pay the thousands of dollars. We would already have access to it for free,” Hernandez said. “We really don’t have to do anything other than just change a cellphone over from an iPhone to an Android phone and upload their app.”
Though the beta functionality is limited, Wolfcom has shown off plans to implement its technology with live video feeds as well. Mohamed Thoyyib, Wolfcom’s chief technology officer, shared a demonstration video on Twitter of a next-generation “command center system” that tracked officers in real time and could tap into their body camera video feeds.
Wolfcom did not respond to multiple requests for comment. In a February email to the Los Lunas Police Department, the company’s communications specialist said it had no obligation to respond to OneZero’s press inquiries, according to records obtained via a public records request.
Wolfcom wasn’t always in the body camera business. The company originally started as a spy equipment manufacturer and paintball retailer based in Hollywood. The company manufactured surveillance products under the name Asianwolf, though the website for that brand no longer exists. “Whether you want to set up a security system using a DVR and cameras, buy a car alarm and accessories for the safety and protection of your vehicle, or make a weekend trip out to a paintball field, Wolfcom is where you will want to go,” a 2008 video on the company’s YouTube page says.
Wolfcom is short for “Wolf Commander,” according to the company’s website: “A Wolf is a natural born leader and survivor. Wolves have the ability to work together in a pack or alone. They know how to lead, follow and command. When the leader is killed, another takes his place and so on until the last remaining Wolf.”
The company started making body cameras in 2011, but Wolfcom CEO Tiffany Wang told the International Business Times in 2015 that the body cam business took off after Ferguson police killed Michael Brown in 2014.
“We started getting calls coming in constantly,” Wang said.
Wolfcom’s Hollywood spy shop appears to have shut down around 2015. It had 1.5 stars on Yelp.
Today, the company is based in a small, out-of-the way office in Pasadena, California, and claims to have sold more than 1,000,000 body cameras to 1,500 agencies in more than 35 countries. The company has won a smattering of work for the federal government, most regularly with the Department of Defense, earning about $100,000 since 2014.

There are still unanswered questions about Wolfcom’s live facial recognition software. The company has made no claims about how accurate its software actually is or what databases it accesses to match suspects. It’s unclear whether the company made the facial recognition algorithm itself or is licensing it from a third party. And as for the beta test, it’s unknown how many police departments have opted in to trial the technology.
But what we do know is that Wolfcom is moving forward with the technology anyway.
“We are always trying to create tools that would help a police officer assess each individual in real time,” Wolfcom’s facial recognition demo video says.
William Binney worked for the National Security Agency as a code-breaker for more than 30 years. At a recent conference, he said their ultimate goal is total population control.

Now that they have the whole world locked down, they are going to be very reluctant to release their hold. Check it out. Conduct a google search for lifting of lockdown plans. See how the different countries are “proposing” the lifting PROCESS. Eeeking it out in limited amounts with very high levels of control as to how and when and whether they will proceed. Depending on how they view the “safety risks” they could drag this on over years. Meanwhile, what happens to our society? What happens to people who can’t afford to eat or can’t get to food? What happens to businesses that can’t possibly remain viable? What happens to people who have no work? What happens to families who have no contact? What happens to people who are prisoners in their own homes indefinitely?
On Saturday authorities announced another 888 coronavirus related deaths in UK hospitals. This takes the total to over 15,000 since the crisis began.
However the real figure may well be significantly higher, as home and care home deaths aren’t included in the Government’s figures.
The Government has extended Britain’s coronavirus lockdown for another three weeks.
There are growing concerns in Whitehall about the impact this will have on the economy.
Speaking to the Sunday Times one source compared the economic consequences of a greatly extended lockdown to “the end of civilisation”.
Another said: “If we don’t start lifting the lockdown in the next few weeks there won’t be anything left to come back to.”
The paper reports a briefing document seem by ministers warns 60 percent of businesses will run out of cash reserves within three months whilst some airlines will run out of money “within a matter of weeks”.
The report also suggests six out of ten local newspapers could go bust whilst a third of fashion companies will come under threat within a month.
Under current lockdown rules people should only leave the house for essential shopping, once a day for exercise or to work if they can’t do so from home.

There are fears these restrictions may have to be extended further for the over-70s,with elderly people known to be far more vulnerable to the virus.
Speaking to the Sunday Times a Tory source said: “The over-70s will have to stay at home until there’s a vaccine.”
The time taken to develop and mass produce a vaccine means the lockdown for this group could theoretically be extended until autumn 2021.
The Government is reportedly looking to end the UK’s lockdown in three stages.

In the first step some children will return to school, though class sizes will be smaller and lessons may only take place on certain days of the week.
May 11 has been suggested as apossible date for reopening schools, but this could be pushed back into July or August.
Potentially this could see schools active during the traditional summer school holiday.
The final decision is expected to be made by Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
Mr Johnson is currently recuperating after suffering from coronavirus.
The Prime Minister spent three days in an intensive care unit during his treatment.

According to The Times phase two of ending the lockdown, which could see shops and work places reopening, may take place in July.
Speaking to the paper a Government source said: “The lockdown isn’t going to be lifted geographically but there will be some differentiation by age group based on risk.”

For the billions of people now living under some form of stay-at-home or lockdown orders, experts from the World Health Organization have new guidance: We should be ready to “change our behaviors for the foreseeable future,” they say, as the agency updates its advice on when to lift COVID-19 lockdown orders.
The question of when to ease shutdowns is a hot topic, as economic output is stalled in many countries — including the U.S., now the epicenter of the global pandemic.
“One of the main things we’ve learned in the past months about COVID-19 is that the faster all cases are found, tested, isolated & care for, the harder we make it for the virus to spread,” said WHO Direct0r-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus via Twitter as the guideline was released. “This principle will save lives & mitigate the economic impact of the pandemic.”
The coronavirus has killed tens of thousands of people. It has also reshaped society and disrupted daily life for people around the world– including 1.4 billion children whose educations are now derailed by shutdowns, WHO says. The pandemic has triggered massive losses for big companies and small businesses, and forced millions of people out of work.
While full national lockdowns remain uncommon, at least 82 countries have some form of lockdown in place, according to UNICEF.
The global economy is now predicted to shrink by 3% this year, the International Monetary Fund says in its most recent analysis. That includes a contraction of nearly 6% for the U.S. economy.
Despite all the personal and economic pain the coronavirus has caused, WHO officials say that in many places, it’s too soon to get back to normal.And because any premature attempts to restart economies could trigger secondary peaks in COVID-19 cases, they warn that the process must be deliberate and widely coordinated.
“You can’t replace lockdown with nothing,” Dr. Mike Ryan, executive director of WHO’s emergencies program, said at a recent briefing. Stressing the importance of a well-informed and committed population, he added, “We are going to have to change our behaviors for the foreseeable future.”
Any government that wants to start lifting restrictions, said Tedros of WHO, must first meet six conditions:
1. Disease transmission is under control
2. Health systems are able to “detect, test, isolate and treat every case and trace every contact“
3. Hot spot risks are minimized in vulnerable places, such as nursing homes
4.Schools, workplaces and other essential places have established preventive measures (just what those might be is not stated here. What kind of draconian “measures” will they implement?)
5. The risk of importing new cases “can be managed”
6.Communities are fully educated, engaged and empoweredto live under a new normal. (again what that would be is not stated. Whose idea of “normal”?)
The worldwide number of COVID-19 cases is quickly approaching the 2 million mark, including more than 120,000 people who have died, according to a COVID-19 dashboard created by Johns Hopkins University’s Whiting School of Engineering.
The number of new cases continues to rise sharply in the U.S., where disagreements over the potential restarting of economies recently prompted at least 10 states to band together in regional coalitions. The governors of those states say they — not President Trump or the federal government — will determine when to resume normal activities, based on health statistics and science.
Even in instances where governments can lift some lockdown conditions, Ryan said, “Health workers are going to have to continue to have protective equipment and we’re going to have to continue to have intensive care beds on standby, because as we come out of these lockdown situations, we may see a jump back up in cases.”
The goal is to taper restrictions so governments – in communities, cities and nations — can avoid a cycle of new COVID-19 outbreaks.
“We don’t want to lurch from lockdown to nothing to lockdown to nothing,” Ryan said. “We need to have a much more stable exit strategy that allows us to move carefully and persistently away from lockdown.”
These DEMANDS are subjective and leave enormous openings for further CONTROL by the UN. These DEMANDS as stated above are IMPOSSIBLE TO MEET. Reading them I am reminded of the demands made by Child Protective Services to be met by parents wanting to maintain access to their own children. ALWAYS impossible to meet at face value, and compounded by the additional circumstances created by the CPS to add to the difficulty.
This is draconian control of the world’s population and I suspect it is directed by AI.

Wolfcom, a company that makes technology for police, is pitching body cameras with live facial recognition to law enforcement groups across the United States, OneZero has learned. It’s a move that pushes against industry norms: Axon, the largest manufacturer of body cameras in the United States, declared last year that it would not put the invasive technology in its hardware, citing “serious ethical concerns.” NEC, which sells live facial recognition elsewhere in the world, has also not sold it to U.S. law enforcement.
