Our Nation is in deep trouble. Seriously. I am calling on every believer in the Word of God to do all you can to elicit the hand of GOD on our behalf. The POWER of the Living, Almighty God is the only thing that can save us. Corruption, Deception, Violence, Greed, Anger, Lust, Depravity and Spiritual Ignorance have been running rampant for so long, there is no way to correct it in the natural. We need to show God that we are aligned with HIM and seeking His Will for our World.
I have posted several articles on the Delphi Double Murder Case. It is a tragic tale of the horrendous sacrifice of two young girls. But, it has become even much more than that. It is a clear demonstration of the sorry state of the vital systems we depend on every day. As you read through all that is presented here, you will come to recognize that this case could not have ever taken the path that it did if not for the fact that all parties involved were corrupt and conspiring to cover up the truth of what happened to those girls, who was involved, what they represent, and how far and deep the evil connections reach.
Be sure and review all that is in this post. Even if you feel you are well acquainted with the case and have made your decision about Richard Allen. Give the truth a chance to reveal itself to you. This case was either a terrible montage of stupidity, incompetence, carelessness and error or it was the most abhorrent, atrocious, and beastly conspiracy to destroy an innocent man in order to protect those with an evil agenda who are employing dark forces to bring chaos and bloodshed.

Wife of convicted Delphi murderer breaks her silence: ‘My husband’s not a monster’
Her husband was convicted in the killing two teens on an Indiana hiking trail.
The wife of convicted Delphi, Indiana, double murderer Richard Allen is breaking her silence on the shocking crime that catapulted her small town into the national spotlight.
A new three-part series, “Capturing Their Killer: The Girls on the High Bridge,” is a deep dive into the mysterious case, with interviews from key players including the victims’ friends and relatives. The series also reveals exclusive, behind-the-scenes footage of defense attorneys as the verdict came in, and an interview with Richard Allen’s wife, Kathy Allen, who opens up for the first time about her marriage and her perspective on the killings that captured the nation’s attention.
ABC News Studios’ “Capturing Their Killer: The Girls on the High Bridge” is streaming in its entirety on Hulu from Tuesday, Aug. 5.

A big crime in a small town
On Feb. 13, 2017, best friends Abby Williams, 13, and Libby German, 14, were enjoying a day off from school and decided to walk along a hiking trail in their hometown of Delphi.
They were near the Monon High Bridge when they were attacked; their throats were slit and they were dumped in the nearby woods.
When they didn’t come home, their frantic families called the police, who launched a massive search. Their bodies were found the next day.
“The whole town was devastated,” Kathy Allen said. “I felt so badly, especially for the mothers.”
No arrests were made, but police did have a major clue.
Moments before the murders, Libby posted a photo of Abby on Snapchat showing her on the Monon High Bridge. After crossing the bridge, the girls saw a man behind them — who became known as “bridge guy” –– and Libby started a recording on her phone.
“The first time I saw the picture of ‘bridge guy,’ it could’ve been anybody,” Kathy Allen said.

‘My husband’s not a monster’
Richard and Kathy Allen married right after high school and their daughter, Brittany, was born in 1994.
“He is a family man,” Kathy Allen said. “Ricky is a wonderful, caring, compassionate father. Non-judgmental, very giving. He has good morals.”
In 2006, the family moved to Delphi, where Richard Allen worked at the local CVS.

On Feb. 13, 2017, Richard Allen had the day off. Kathy Allen said when she got home that evening, her husband was on the couch.
When she saw on the news that night that two girls were missing, she said her husband seemed surprised.
Richard Allen told her he was out on the trail that day. When Kathy Allen asked him if he saw the girls, he said no, she recalled.
“Ricky called the police department to speak to the officers — he was more than willing to help,” she said.
Richard Allen met with an officer, she said — and “then we heard nothing.”
More than five years ticked by. Each year, police said they were continuing to follow leads in the mysterious slayings.
Then on Oct. 13, 2022, Kathy Allen said officers knocked on their door and took Richard Allen to the police station for an interview.
When officers descended on their home with a search warrant, she said her husband consoled her as they waited outside.
“Ricky said something like, ‘Well, it’s over, it doesn’t matter anymore,'” she recalled.
On Oct. 26, 2022, Kathy Allen joined her husband in a police interrogation room. She said Richard Allen told her, “You know I’m not capable of something like this.”
“Capturing Their Killer: The Girls on the High Bridge”is the first streaming documentary to feature newly-released interrogation footage.
On Halloween 2022, police announced Richard Allen’s arrest in the double homicide. He admitted he was on the trail that day, but he denied being involved.
“I was floored, quite honestly,” Abby’s mom, Anna Williams, said. “We really had somebody living amongst us that had done this and never let on.”
Kathy Allen was also in disbelief, but adamantly believed her husband.
“My husband’s not a monster. He’s not the monster that people think he is,” she said.
The case against Richard Allen
Police said they zeroed in on Richard Allen after discovering a misfiled statement.
In the days after the killings, Richard Allen did self-report being at the crime scene — but that statement “fell in the cracks,” Carroll County Sheriff Tony Liggett testified at Allen’s trial. Isn’t that convenient? And everyone just forgot about it? I mean just because the written record of his calling in to self report “disappeared” doesn’t mean everyone’s memory was erased.
A volunteer file clerk who arranged boxes of information and tips in the case testified that in September 2022 — weeks before Allen’s arrest — she came across a file folder that was not with the others she was managing.
The sheet said that three days after the murders, a person listed as “Richard Allen Whiteman” self-reported being on the trails between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on the day of the crime. The self-reporter listed seeing three girls.
The volunteer testified that she wrote a lead sheet and changed the name to Richard Allen. Allen lived on Whiteman Drive, so she said she believed the names were transposed and it was misfiled.
At Richard Allen’s fall 2024 trial, the prosecution’s key physical evidence was a .40-caliber unspent round discovered by the girls’ bodies. Prosecutors argued that police analysis determined that the unspent round was cycled through Richard Allen’s Sig Sauer Model P226. Even though the girls were stabbed, authorities believed their killer used a gun to intimidate them. This is what they based their case on, someone’s pipe dream.
Prosecutors also focused on multiple confessions Richard Allen made in jail to his psychologist, corrections officers and his wife.
In one call, according to testimony, he told his wife, “I did it. I killed Abby and Libby.”
“No, you didn’t,” Kathy Allen said. He replied, “Yes, I did.“
One psychologist testified that Richard Allen confessed to her that he ordered the girls “down the hill” and intended to rape them, but then he saw something — either a person or a van — and was startled. An Indiana State Police trooper testified that he believed that van belonged to a man who lived near the crime scene; the trooper said the time it would’ve taken the man to drive home from work fits with the timing of the murders.
The defense argued Richard Allen’s mental health deteriorated rapidly while in solitary confinement, which lasted 13 months, and that he was in a psychotic state during the confessions.
Despite the emotional pain of hearing the details of the case, Libby’s mom, Carrie Timmons, said, “I was there for the entire trial, every day.”
“I did that for her,” Timmons said. “It was the least I could do.”

When the case went to the jury, Timmons said the four days of waiting for a verdict “were excruciating.”
Kathy Allen said, “I felt pretty positive that [the jury is] gonna make the right decision, because reasonable doubt was written all over the place. … On my phone conversations with Ricky, I heard some joy in his voice.”
‘The girls are still gone’
In November 2024, Richard Allen was found guilty on all charges: felony murder for the killing of Abby while attempting to commit kidnapping; felony murder for the killing of Libby while attempting to commit kidnapping; murder for knowingly killing Abby; and murder for knowingly killing Libby.
Kathy Allen sobbed when the verdict was read.
“Ricky looked confused, and I wanted to stand there and scream for him,” she said.
The convicted double murderer was sentenced to 130 years in prison.
Judge Fran Gull said to him at sentencing, “I’ve spent 27 years as a judge and you rank right up there with the most heinous crimes in the state of Indiana.”
After sentencing, prosecutor Nicholas McLeland thanked Abby and Libby for helping catch their own killer.
Libby had the “wherewithal to pull out her phone … to know that something wasn’t right” and record the suspect as he walked across the bridge, McLeland said at a news conference, calling it “arguably the biggest piece of evidence that we had — that recording.”
He praised Abby for hiding the phone from the killer so law enforcement could find it.
“I want true justice for Abby and Libby, but it should not be at the expense of an innocent person,” Kathy Allen said, holding back tears.
“I’m very hopeful for an appeal,” she said in February. “It was definitely our dream to grow old together, and it still is. I’m looking forward to that. I’m not giving up.”
But for Abby and Libby’s families, the pain persists.
“It still feels much like it did the first day the girls were gone,” Abby’s mom, Anna Williams, said.
“You think hearing ‘guilty’ is gonna be enough, and you think the sentencing is gonna be enough. And it’s just not true,” Williams said. “This doesn’t bring her back. The girls are still gone.”

Delphi murders victims died in ritual sacrifice by white nationalists practicing Odinism: defense
Evidence found at the crime scene consisted of symbols that defense attorneys said were obvious signatures left behind by Odinites.

Newly released court documents in the murder case of two Delphi, Ind. girls are providing new details, including what investigators discovered at the crime scene and a supposed confession from Richard M. Allen, the man who is charged with the girls’ murder, NBC Chicago’s Bennett Haeberle reports.
Attorneys representing Richard Allen, the man charged with killing Abigail Williams and Liberty German in Delphi, Indiana, in 2017, filed court documents on Monday asserting the girls died in a “ritualistic sacrifice” by white nationalists who practice a Norse pagan religion.
Defense attorneys Andrew J. Baldwin and Bradley A. Rozzi revealed the shocking claims in a 136-page memorandum, obtained by USA Today, which they said supports Allen’s request for a hearing to contest the validity of a search warrant. The filing asserted that several white nationalists practicing the religion Odinism “ritualistically sacrificed” the girls, and nothing liked Allen to Odinism or any religious cult.
Odinisim, according to the Anti-Defamation League, is a term frequently given to a racist variant of the Norse pagan religion known as Asatru — a religious sect that attempts to revive ancient Norse religious beliefs and practices of pre-Christian Europe.
Evidence found at the crime scene consisted of symbols in the form of runes made up of sticks and fashioned with tree branches, which defense attorneys said were obvious signatures left behind by Odinites.
According to the filings, detectives previously obtained information that connected two groups of men who practiced Odinism to the murders, one in or near Delphi and another that lived in Rushville. Writing in the court documents, defense attorneys stated that a letter regarding the possible connection between the killings and the group practicing Odinisim in Rushville was withheld by the prosecution. The attorneys accused prosecutors, as well as multiple law enforcement officers, (and staff and guards from the correctional facilities where he was held) from hiding information about the Odinist connections to the murders, the documents revealed.
Allen, 52, a drugstore worker who had been living in the same small community where the teens resided, was arrested on murder charges in Oct. 2022. Insisting their client is innocent, the defense attorneys stated that it wasn’t plausible that one person was responsible for the murders of Libby and Abby, listing 92 reasons in support of their claim.
Early on in the investigation, authorities consulted with a Purdue University professor concerning what resembled possible Odinism signatures left behind at the crime scene, the defense attorneys wrote. But that angle was “essentially abandoned” after the professor told law enforcement “it was not Odinism or any type of cult worshipping or any type of group that would have conducted the crime,” as stated in the filing.
According to the memorandum, as of Sept. 7, the investigators claim they can’t identify who the purported professor is, have no reports from the purported professor and have indicated they may never be able to figure out who the person is.
Authorities failed to “arrest or even properly investigate” multiple “obvious suspects” who had connections to Odinism, (and at least one had a direct connection to Abby) attorneys stated in the documents.
“Yet, law enforcement in charge of the Delphi investigation seemingly, and quickly, abandoned the obvious correlation between the crime scene and Odinism, despite an obscene amount of evidence linking Odinism to the crime scene, and even in spite of powerful evidence linking specific Odinites in and around Indiana to the murders,” the attorneys stated in the filings. (It makes one wonder how many government officials in the town or in Indiana for that matter are affiliated with the Odinists. Coverups are all about covering those up at the top.)
The defense claimed in the memorandum that the Carroll County Sheriff lied about evidence to obtain a search warrant at Allen’s property and asked the judge to deem the search warrant “illegal” and to suppress what was obtained when it was executed.
Defense attorneys said no forensics, including DNA, and no electronic data extracted from computers or phones or from social media linked Richard Allen to the crime scene. Furthermore, he had no connection to the Odinist suspects, according to court documents.
“Richard Allen had nothing to do with this crime, but rather is an innocent man; a patsy for the police, arrested 26 days before an election,” the attorneys asserted.
And now, since the Judges suppressed all the evidence, they are also complicit in this crime.
Allen’s trial is scheduled for Jan. 2024.
The is a drawing of how the girls were found.

ANYONE with very minimal knowledge of Occult Rituals and/or Norse Runes can instantly discern that these girls were SACRiFICED IN A RITUAL.
The colors in the photo below were added by me, to help me uncover the Possible Runes represented. I understand that branches were actually painted with the blood of Liberty.

Using my own discernment based on my basic studies of Cults, the Occult and Pagan Religions, guided by The HOLY SPIRIT always, I came up with the following possibilities for the Rues displayed and the Entities Represented in this horrendous, murderous scene. Those precious little girls. Pray fo their families. How horrible to have to see this display of the violation of their daughters and the manner in which they suffered together.
THE TRUE PERPETRATORS of this HORROR must not be allowed to get away with this and it seems even to taunt the public and the police by posting similar scenes on their social media.
The reason these things occur is that our systems are corrupt. The criminals are running our country. The truth is that most people are to afraid to confront the truth let alone the perpetrators. If we do no, this kind of thing will continue to escalate as the perpetrators get comfortable, convinced that nothing will be done.
I cannot for one moment believe that the families of these precious girls would rather that an innocent man be tortured, tormented and abused into confessing that he could do such a thing. Most likely he confessed to whatever they demanded thinking it was the only way to protect his family.

soacer
Let us not fail to recognize that the timing of this sacrifice has ancient ritualistic significance.
Once thing that we need to discern is the fact that All pagan gods and goddesses relate back to the originals. Each new nation or religion that turns to pagan rituals is merely calling forth the ancient ones. It doesn’t matter what names/labels they put on them, the spirits behind them are the same. So, whether they are invoking Pan, Zeus, King Lycon, Odin, Fauna, Noden, or any other name, the spirit is the same. The rituals are related to nature worship. The gods are connected with the wolf and the stag as well as lord of the forest and the animals. The rituals are of a sexual nature to invoke blessings of fertility and for purification. Fertility is not just related reproduction of children but fertile returns on whatever endeavor the worshipers re calling out before their god(s). This may all sound silly to “modern” society, but those who are involved in pagan relgion take it very seriously.

Abby and Libby were sacrificed in the forest, to the God of the Forest, on Valentines Day/Lupercalia/Lykaia
Lupercalia: The Ancient Pagan Roots of Valentine’s Day
Lupercalia was an ancient Roman festival held annually on February 15 to honor fertility, purification, and the founding of Rome History+1. It is often cited as a precursor to Valentine’s Day.
Origins and Mythology
The festival’s name comes from Lupercus, a Roman god of shepherds and fertility, and the Lupercal, the cave on Palatine Hill where the legendary she-wolf Lupa nursed Romulus and Remus History+1. Some scholars link it to the Greek Arcadian Lykaia festival, which also honored a wolf Wikipedia.
|
The Lykaia Festival in Ancient Greece The Lykaia was an ancient Arcadian festival held on the slopes of Mount Lykaion (meaning “Wolf Mountain”) in Arcadia, dedicated to Zeus Lykaios and, in some traditions, to Pan grokipedia.com+1. It combined religious rites, athletic competitions, and equestrian events, and was considered one of the oldest and most important festivals in Greece, second only to the Eleusinian Mysteries www.lykaia.gr. Origins and MythologyThe festival’s name comes from λύκος (“wolf”), reflecting its deep connection to wolf symbolism in Arcadian culture grokipedia.com. Its mythological roots are tied to King Lycaon, who, in one version, served human flesh (often his son Nyctimus) to Zeus as a test of divinity. Zeus punished Lycaon by turning him into a wolf Wikipedia+1. This tale underpinned the Lykaia’s themes of transformation, divine retribution, and the duality of human and wild nature. Rituals and PracticesAncient accounts describe nocturnal, secretive rites involving sacrifices—both animal and, in some traditions, human—on a massive ash altar at the summit Wikipedia+1. Participants, often youths (epheboi), were said to consume a mixture of animal and human entrails; those who ate the human portion were believed to transform into wolves for nine or ten years before regaining human form Wikipedia+1. These practices were deliberately obscure and performed at night to maintain secrecy. |
Rituals and Symbolism
Lupercalia combined fertility rites with purification ceremonies:
Sacrifice: Priests called Luperci sacrificed goats and a dog at the Lupercal History+1.
Blood anointing: The priests’ foreheads were smeared with the animals’ blood, symbolizing purification and fertility History.
Goat hide whips: Strips from the sacrificed animals’ hides were used to strike women, believed to improve fertility and ease childbirth The Pagan Grimoire.
Public procession: Naked or goat-hide-clad runners circled the city, striking women who lined the streets History+1.
Offerings: Vestal Virgins presented salted cakes (mola salsa) from the first harvest The Pagan Grimoire.
Connection to Valentine’s Day
While Valentine’s Day is named after St. Valentine, a Christian martyr, historians suggest Lupercalia’s February 15 date and its focus on love and fertility influenced the holiday’s timing and themes History+1. However, Lupercalia was a pagan, often violent and sexually charged celebration. Valentine’s Day evolved into a Christian feast of romantic love.
Legacy
Lupercalia was suppressed after Christianity spread, but its February date and love/fertility symbolism may have contributed to the blending of pagan and Christian traditions. Today, Valentine’s Day on February 14 is seen by some as a modern echo of Lupercalia’s spirit. History+1.
Lupercalia, also called Lupercal, likely derives its name from lupus (Latin for “wolf”) . The festival honored the god Faunus, protector of flocks, and possibly a deity named Lupercus, though no definitive evidence of this god exists historyskills.com+1.
Cultural Significance
Lupercalia blended pastoral, fertility, and purification themes, reflecting Rome’s agricultural roots and early religious practices historyskills.com+1. It was considered a wild and chaotic celebration, emphasizing life, vitality, and the protection of the community wildanduntamed.co.uk. The festival also included matchmaking elements, linking it to themes of love and reproduction, which later influenced the development of Valentine’s Day wildanduntamed.co.uk.
Historical Transformation
By 494 CE, the Christian Church under Pope Gelasius I sought to suppress Lupercalia, replacing it with Christian feasts such as the Feast of the Purification (Candlemas) on February 2, and Valentine’s Day, February 14, though elements of the festival persisted in cultural memory Encyclopedia Britannica+1. Despite its suppression, Lupercalia remains a symbol of Rome’s ancient traditions, fertility rites, and mythological heritage.
Lupercalia thus represents a fascinating intersection of mythology, ritual, and social life, celebrating fertility, purification, and the legendary origins of the city Wikipedia+1.

Odin — God of the Forest and Norse Mythology In Norse mythology, Odin (Old Norse: Óðinn) is one of the most important and complex deities, often called the Allfather and chief of the Æsir gods Wikipedia+1. While he is not literally “god of the forest” in the sense of a nature deity like Freyja or Njord, Odin’s domains include wisdom, war, death, poetry, magic, and the runic alphabet, and he is deeply connected to the natural world through his animal companions and mythic associations Wikipedia+1. Origins and NatureOdin is the son of Borr and the giantess Bestla, brother to Vili and Vé, and husband to Frigg, with whom he fathered Baldr and Höðr Wikipedia+1. His name comes from óðr, meaning “fury, passion, ecstasy, or inspiration,” reflecting his intense, driven character Mythopedia. He is often depicted as a long-bearded, one-eyed wanderer, accompanied by the ravens Huginn and Muninn, the wolves Geri and Freki, and riding the eight-legged horse Sleipnir Wikipedia+1. Connection to the ForestWhile Odin is not a forest god, his wandering nature and association with the wild, untamed aspects of the world align him with forest spirits and nature. In Norse belief, Odin’s hall Valhöll (Valhalla) is in Asgard, but he himself travels far, seeking knowledge and engaging with the supernatural Mythopedia. In some later folklore, he is linked to the Wild Hunt, a ghostly procession of the dead through forests and moors Wikipedia. This connection to the wild, untamed, and mysterious makes him a figure who could be seen as a guardian or spirit of the forest in a symbolic sense. Odin is most famously associated with two ravens, two wolves, and his eight-legged horse Sleipnir. These animals are not merely companions; they serve as extensions of Odin’s powers. The ravens act as his eyes and ears, the wolves embody his martial prowess and loyalty, and Sleipnir enables him to traverse cosmic boundaries. Collectively, they reflect Odin’s omniscience, strategic mind, and connection to both life and death in Norse mythology Domains and Roles
SymbolismOdin’s symbols include:
SummaryOdin is not a literal forest deity, but his wanderer persona, association with the wild, and role in the natural and supernatural realms give him a symbolic connection to the forest. In Norse thought, he embodies the untamed, mysterious, and powerful forces of nature, making him a figure who could be revered in forest settings as a guardian of wisdom, fate, and the wild. |
Faunus — Roman God of the Forest, Fields, and ProphecyIn ancient Roman religion and myth, Faunus was one of the oldest deities, revered as the god of the forest, plains, fields, and wild animals Wikipedia+1. He was also associated with fertility, agriculture, and prophetic inspiration, and was sometimes called Inuus when he was credited with making cattle fertile Wikipedia. Origins and IdentityFaunus belonged to the di indigetes — the native Italic gods predating Rome’s adoption of Greek mythology Wikipedia. He was often equated with the Greek god Pan, leading to Roman depictions of him as a horned, half-man, half-goat figure accompanied by satyrs and fauns Wikipedia+1. His name may derive from Proto-Italic fawe (“to favor”) or from a root meaning “favourable” Wikipedia+1. Mythological RoleAccording to Virgil and Ovid, Faunus was a legendary king of the Latins, grandson of Saturnus, son of Picus, and father of Latinus — the king who married Aeneas and whose alliance helped Rome’s founding www.romanmythology.com+1. He was consulted as a god of prophecy; his oracles were said to be given in dreams or through voices, often in sacred groves Wikipedia+1. Faunus was both a benevolent and capricious deity — he could bless flocks and crops, but also inspire nightmares or sudden fear in lonely places www.romanmythology.com. His worship was especially strong among farmers, shepherds, and rural communities, who offered milk, honey, wine, and fruits in his honor romanempirehistory.com+1. Worship and FestivalsFaunus was honored in Faunalia, festivals held on 13 February and 5 December Wikipedia+1. These celebrations included offerings, processions, and sometimes revelry, reflecting his association with merriment and fertility Britannica. He was also linked to the Lupercalia, a February festival involving goat-skin strips run through the streets Britannica. EtymologyThe name Faunus is generally thought to stem from Proto-Italic *fawe or *fawono (variant *fawōn(jo)), thus being cognate with Umbrian fons, foner (‘merciful’). It may ultimately derive from Proto-Indo-European (PIE) *bʰh₂u-n (‘favourable’), which also reflects Old Irish búan (‘good, favourable, firm’) and Middle Welsh bun (‘maiden, sweetheart’).[8] If so, his name would be cognate with the Greek θαῦνον (a less common synonym of θηρίον, ‘wild animal’).[9] Faunus may be of Indo-European origin and related to the Vedic god Rudra.[6] It is believed that he was worshipped by traditional Roman farmers before becoming a nature deity.[10] Cultural LegacyFaunus gave rise to the Latin word fauna (woodland spirits) and, through later literary tradition, the English word “faun” — the half-human, half-goat woodland being www.romanmythology.com. His image as a rustic, nature-bound god influenced Renaissance pastoral art and modern fantasy depictions. In summary: Faunus was Rome’s ancient guardian of the wild, a fertility god, and a source of prophecy — embodying both the nurturing and untamed aspects of nature Wikipedia+2 |

Eight Things to Know
Overwhelming evidence in this case supports the following:
(1)
Members of a pagan Norse religion, called Odinism, hijacked by white nationalists,ritualistically sacrificed Abigail Williams and Liberty German;
(2)
Very early on, those in charge of the Delphi murder investigation claim that they consulted with a Purdue professor concerning what resembled possible Odinism signatures left behind at the crime scene. After the Purdue professor proclaimed (according to State Trooper JerryHoleman) that “it was not Odinism or any type of cult worshipping or any type of group that would have conducted the crime” the Odinism angle was essentially abandoned. However, as of September 7, 2023, the leaders of the Delphi investigation team: (1) claim that they can’t identifywho this purported professor was; (2) have provided no reports from this purported professor and(3) have further indicated they may never be able to figure out who this professor is. Based in large part upon this mystery Purdue professor’s opinion, the Delphi investigative leadership claimed that it essentially abandoned considering Odinite involvement in the murders. And then the years passed: 2018…….2019…….2020…….2021…….2022. Thankfully, during those passing years, law enforcement officers Kevin Murphy, Greg Ferency and Todd Click continued to pursue the truth. Because of their curiosity and investigative efforts, the evidence establishing the names of the likely murdering members of this Odinite cult became known to the Delphi investigative leadership no later than February 2018. Due to either incompetence or a concerted intentionality, those in charge of the investigation refused to arrest or even properly investigate these obvious suspects.
5
(3)
On May 1, 2023, the State of Indiana, by way of Prosecutor Nick McCleland, received a letter from former Rushville Assistant Police Chief Todd Click, now retired.
2
As stated in the previous paragraph: Click, Murphy and Ferency were three of the law enforcement officers who worked on the Delphi murder case, particularly focused on the Odinite angle as it intersected with with suspects in Rushville Indiana. After reading Richard Allen’s probable cause affidavit, Click became concerned that the information contained in Richard Allen’s affidavit pointing the finger at Richard Allen was far less compelling than the totality of the information that Detective Ferency, Detective Murphy and Officer Click had accumulated during the Rushville portion of the investigation. The information that Murphy, Ferency and Click had gathered during their investigation connected men who practiced Odinism in or near Delphi with another group of men who lived in Rushville and then connected both groups of men to the murders.
3
Click was concerned that for some reason the leadership of the investigative team had failed to share with Prosecutor McCleland the evidence gathered by Click, Ferency and Murphy. Click’s concerns led him to seek out a lawyer to assist him in the drafting of a letter. This letter was then sent to McCleland.
4
This letter was not provided to the Defense until after it was obvious from the last round of depositions that the Defense (who had doggedly pursued witnesses as far away as Georgia)would certainly be talking with Todd Click. McCleland had this letter in his possession for over 4months before turning it over to the Defense. There can be no mistaking that this letter is exculpatory in nature and could have been used by the Defense as it prepared for upcoming depositions. However, it is apparent that McCleland only offered up the letter after it was obvious

6
that the Defense team would soon be learning of the letter’s existence. In other words, the Defense team would obviously be meeting with, or deposing Click, in the next few weeks. At that time, Click most certainly would then reveal to the Defense that in April 2023, he (Click) had sent a letter containing exculpatory information to McCleland. At this point McLeland had two distinct choices: 1) sit on the exculpatory evidence hoping that the Defense team would refocus its efforts on another angle of the investigation, or 2) disclose the exculpatory evidence claiming that the contents of the letter were overlooked in the volume of discovery. He chose the latter. Unfortunately for the State, neither approach explains away the fact that Click specifically directed the letter to McLeland himself and further, Click was so determined to ensure his information was consumed by McLeland, that he directed the information directly to McLeland, via certified mail. The letter is stamped “Received May 1, 2023, Carroll County Prosecutor.” Click’s report landed at ground zero; a prosecutor’s office with no more than two full-time prosecutors and a handful of full-time staff members, at best. Could this exculpatory evidence have been completely overlooked? Not plausible. Not only did the prosecution withhold that letter from the Defense, but law enforcement also withheld several other exculpatory pieces of evidence, including an 85-page compilation of reports by Click prepared in 2019 and several videos containing statements that support the Defense theory of Richard Allen’s innocence. This 85-page report detailed the investigative work performed by Click, Ferency, Murphy, and others, including the FBI. According to the summary of Click’s investigation that he attached with his letter, “the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) of the FBI determined that the individual(s) responsible for the homicides were involved in Nordic beliefs.”
5
This was news to the Defense as no member of the Unified Command in charge of the investigation revealed this information to the Defense during recent depositions. This includes Trooper Holeman who told the Defense that he didn’t remember if the FBI’s BAU unit determined one way or the other whether those with Nordic beliefs had been involved in the murders.
6
At least up until the time of this filing, the prosecution has provided no evidence whatsoever of the findings of the FBI’s BAU unit concerning involvement of Odinists in the murders. None. The letter that Click sent to McCleland was the first that the Defense has heard that the FBI actually believed that Odinists were likely involved. In other words, this report contained exculpatory evidence that Unified Command concealed from the Defense. This information was – and is— crucial for Richard Allen’s Defense. Some of this exculpatory evidence in the form of videos was finally released to the Defense on September 8, 2023,
over 9 months after Defense counsel entered their appearance
. The Defense is still reviewing this September 8th evidence dump. In the brief time the Defense has had to review this newly received evidence, it has found exculpatory evidence both in the videos the Defense has watched and the documents that the Defense has reviewed. While the prosecution has been holding on to this exculpatory evidence, Richard Allen has been living in hell.
Lastly, the evidence will show that the week of August 28, 2023
,
Prosecutor McCleland and State Trooper Jerry Holeman requested a meeting with Todd Click. By this time, the Defense team had taken several depositions (including Holeman, Liggett and Leazenby) and the prosecution and Delphi investigative leadership now knew that for a while,
8
the Defense team hadbeen aware of the Odinist evidence, at least the evidence that the prosecution turned over to the Defense scattered throughout multiple hard drives and many flash drives. The prosecution had learned in early August that the Defense had figured out the strong Odinist ties to the crimes, despite the apparent attempts of the prosecution, Liggett and Holeman to hide this exculpatory information from the Defense. Wanting to allay his fears that an innocent man was sitting in Westville, Click agreed to attend the meeting with Holeman hoping that he would be learning that evidence did in fact exis tlinking Richard Allen to the murders. Click’s hopes were dashed. Paragraph 17 of Click’s affidavit: Upon directing the letter to Mr. McCleland, I heard nothing from the Prosecutor’s office or any other members of unified command until I received phone calls on August 23 rd and August 25 th, 2023, which involved brief discussion sre guarding scheduling. During these phone calls, it was requested that I meet with Trooper Holeman during the week of September 4, 2023. I was informed that law enforcement officials intended to sit down with me and discuss with me the reason why Richard Allen was responsible for these crimes. I was told that he (Jerry Holeman) wanted to put my mind at ease. However, during the meeting with Detective Holeman and a second detective whose name I am unfamiliar with, there was no discussion or offerings as to why they believed Richard Allen was guilty of the charged crimes
. I believe the interview was an attempt by them to clean upt heir loose ends knowing that they had given very little, if any, attention to the investigative efforts of myself, Detective Ferency, and Detective Murphy.(Emphasis added)
(4)
Not only did Carroll County Sheriff Tony Liggett fail to include all this Odinite in formation in his October 13, 2022 “Affidavit for Search Warrant”, and not only did McCleland and the Unified Command withhold exculpatory evidence, Liggett also concealed damaging witness statements that devastate Liggett’s timeline – a timeline Liggett needed to be true in order to place Richard Allen at the trail when Abby and Libby were abducted. Additionally, Liggett lied in his affidavit about the statements of another key witness, further devastating Liggett’s timeline;
(5)
Richard Allen has zero connections to any pagan cult or pagan cultists, and further more no forensic evidence (such as DNA) or electronic evidence links Richard Allen to the girls or to the crime scene – i.e., he is a completely innocent man;
(6)
Most of the evidence backing these assertions was found scattered over no less than 10hard drives and several flash drives provided by the prosecution, meaning that the Defense is not making wild accusations, but rather primarily relaying facts and information that is backed up by the prosecutor’s own discovery, even discovery that the prosecution just provided to the Defense as late as September 8, 2023.
(7)
Not coincidentally, members (Odinists) of this same pagan cult are employed as corrections officers for the Indiana Department of Corrections at Westville Correctional Facility. It is inside of the cold, concrete walls of the maximum-security unit of this dilapidated “reformatory” that Richard Allen is being threatened, intimidated, and mentally abused
7
.(8)
Throughout this document references are made to the “Unified Command. ”Essentially, the Unified Command was “the leadership” of the Delphi murder investigation, according to Tony Liggett (Carroll County sheriff and member of Unified Command when the investigation began). Unified Command consisted of law enforcement from a variety of entities, local, state and federal. Unified Command were overseers of the entire investigative operation. According to Liggett, the members of the Unified Command are/were:
From Carroll County
– Tony Liggett and Kevin Hammond
From State Police
– Jerry Holeman, Jay Harper, and Dave Vido
7
Defense counsel is not saying that the Westville guards were involved in the murders, only that they were likely involved in threatening, intimidating and mentally abusing Richard Allen.
From the FBI
8
` – Rich Daviess Odinism, Odinites and Runes. Odinism is the pagan religion referenced above, and its followers are called Odinites. Odinists are enamored of Viking/Nordic culture. Evidence supports that at the crime scene, these murdering Odinites left behind obvious signatures, symbols in the form of runes.
9
These runes were (1) formed with sticks, (2) fashioned with tree branches and (3) painted using the blood of Liberty German. Sticks and tree branches were deliberately, carefully and proficiently placed on each girl in a certain arrangement mimicking certain runes. At least one of the branches appeared to have its end cut off cleanly by some type of tool like an electric saw, providing proof of a preconceived plan. Additionally, the blood of Liberty German was used as the paint to mark a tree with a rune that looks similar to the letter “F”.
10
With a simple google search, these runes would be identifiable as one of the many calling cards of this pagan religious cult. Yet, law enforcement in charge of the Delphi investigation seemingly, and quickly, abandoned the obvious correlation between the crime scene and Odinism, despite an obscene amount of evidence linking Odinism to the crime scene,
8
Although, State Police Superintendent Doug Carter pulled the plug and kicked the FBI off the Delphi murder case case around 2021 over some conflicts, according to Jerry Holeman. (Holeman depo. pages 123-130). Interestingly, Tony Liggett (who was deposed before Holeman) claimed under oath that Doug Carter was not involved in making decisions for the case (Liggett depo p. 30, lines 10-24). Furthermore, he (Liggett) claimed to be unaware that the FBI was even kicked out, let alone that any agency had actually kicked out the FBI from investigating the Delphi case.
(Liggett depo p. 64, lines, 14-25). It is quite odd that the salient topic of Doug Carter kicking the FBI off of the Delphi case would never have been discussed between Liggett and Holeman who were working so closely with one one another in Unified Command. If that can be believed, it would be quite perplexing.
9
Merriam-Webster defines a rune as “any of the characters of any of several alphabets used by the Germanic peoples from about the 3rd to the 13th centuries.”
10
Many runes look like the letter “F”, including a rune called “Ansuz”, which (among other things) stands for“Odin.”
and even in spite of powerful evidence linking specific Odinites in and around Indiana to the murders. Also, the Court will learn in his Affidavit for Search Warrant that Sheriff Liggett failed to inform Judge Diener that nothing, absolutely nothing, links Richard Allen to Odinism or any religious cult
11
; Also, no forensics (such as DNA), no electronic data extracted from his computers or phones or from his social media links Richard Allen to the crime scene. Additionally, nothing links Richard Allen to any of the Odinite suspects: the same Odinite suspects that evidence strongly supports sacrificed Abby and Libby in some sort of pagan ritual. Richard Allen had nothing to do with this crime, but rather is an innocent man; a patsy for the police, arrested 26 days before an election.
Failure to pursue the Odinist links. Law enforcement’s failure to actively pursue the obvious links between the crime scene and Odinism is confounding. It is even more confounding when days and weeks after the murders, a particular Odinite from Logansport named Brad Holder posted on social media images mimicking the very runes found at the crime scene – a crime scene unreleased and unknown to the general public even to this day. Who was Brad Holder? He was an Odinite whose son, Logan, had been “dating” Abby. Brad Holder’s social media posts seemingly taunted the very police that refused to fully investigate him. The Defense believes that the Court will be shocked at the numberof clues or “easter eggs”, both before and after the murders, that Holder openly posted on his Facebook page that pointed the finger to his involvement in the murders.
11
Liggett depo. p. 80, lines 14-23
However, a fact that is simply mind blowing to the Defense is that Brad Holder was never considered a suspect in the murders of Abby and Libby. State Trooper Jerry Holeman, one of the law enforcement officers in charge of organizing and investigating the Delphi murders, claimed in in his August 10, 2023 deposition that Brad Holder was not really ever a suspect.
12
Police reports written near the time of the murders reveal that Jerry Holeman is telling the truth: Brad Holder was cleared as a suspect quickly – on March 16, 2017. On March 1, 2017, Tony Liggett stated in a report that there were no leads required concerning Brad Holder, meaning that it was not necessary for law enforcement to continue to look for leads related to Brad Holder. Liggett made that determination a mere 15 days after the girls were murdered. By March 16, 2023, Unified Command member Kevin Hammond wrote that“Brad Holder has been cleared.” The girls hadn’t been dead for 30 days and Unified Command had already cleared Brad Holder as a suspect. Unified Command had already cleared Holder as a suspect within 30 days knowing that Brad Holder’s son dated Abby. Unified Command had already cleared Holder as a suspect within 30 days of the murders although a simple review of Brad Holder’s Facebook page would show that he (Brad Holder) was a proud Odinite that had an absolute obsession and fascination with runes. Police knew – or had to know – that runes had been left at the crime scene. Additionally, Unified Command had already cleared Holder as a suspect in spite of the fact that runes found on Brad Holder’s Facebook pages mimicked runes found at acrime scene that had not been released to the public. The investigation had barely begun, but theUnified Command had already cleared the very man that any person with even a small amount of common sense or curiosity would believe was a strong candidate for being involved in the murder of the girls. For example, the Court will also learn that the Unified Command was aware of a very disturbing image on Brad Holder’s social media accounts that actually mimicked the crime scene. On April 12, 2017, Trooper Joseph Ryan Winters received a phone call from a man in Georgia named Ryan Boucher who had discovered disturbing images in Brad Holder’s social media account. Having somehow learned that Brad Holder’s son (Logan) had dated Abby Williams, Mr.Boucher began reviewing Brad Holder’s social media history. One of the images Boucher viewed on Brad Holder’s social media account was an image of two women either dead, or posed as if they were dead, on the ground in what appeared to be a forest. Both women had tree limbs and sticks arranged on their bodies. One of the women had her arm stretched out above her head, similar to the way that Libby’s arm was stretched above her head. Both women were clothed and the stick and tree branch formations on these girls was different than the stick and tree branch formations on Abby and Libby, but otherwise, it bore a very eerie similarity to the murder scene in Delphi. Ryan Boucher had no knowledge of the actual crime scene. However, after reviewing Brad Holder’s social media sites, Boucher was disturbed at that image, as well as other images that provided insight into Brad Holder’s fascination with runes. Believing that the disturbing images may be something of interest to those investigating the Delphi murders, Mr. Boucher contacted Tobe Leazenby, who at the time was the Sheriff of Carroll County. Leazenby quickly rebuffed Boucher, telling Boucher that Holder was not a suspect. Undeterred, Mr. Boucher contacted the State police where he ended up talking to trooper Joseph Ryan Winters. After their conversation, Winters memorialized the interaction and placed the images provided by Boucher into a drop box account. After creating the report, Winters then discussed his findings, face-to-face, with Jerry Holeman of Unified Command. The body of this memorandum will provide details of that interaction. In his report, Winters requested law enforcement to re-interview Brad Holder. The Defense does not believe Unified Command ever followed up on Winter’s request. It should be noted that the disturbing images found by Boucher in Georgia and placed in a drop box by Winters were not – and have still not – been provided to the Defense. In his recent deposition, Winters said that he had attempted to locate the images but was unable. However, because of the potential importance of those images to Richard Allen’s case, the Defense team located Boucher and then traveled to Georgia to meet with Boucher. Those images are now in the possession of Richard’s Defense team who then provided those images to law enforcement. Again, these were important images that law enforcement failed to turn over to the Defense. Instead, the Defense located these images in Georgia and then turned them over to the very people who had the obligation to provide them to the Defense. Unified Command, which included Tony Liggett who drafted the Affidavit for Search Warrant, was fully aware of the mimicked crime scene on Brad Holder’s social media, as well as other posts that mimicked the exact runes found at the crime scene, about it, and failed to inform Judge Diener of this obvious suspect (Brad Holder) and all of the evidencethat existed against Holder, making him a prime suspect. The Court will learn in the body of this memorandum that Holder was connected to the crimes, the crime scene and to other men who had confessed to the crime. The evidence of those connections will be provided in the body of the memorandum, including copies of the images found on Holder’s Facebook page at the time of the investigation which link Holder to the crime scene as well as the images found by Ryan Boucher that law enforcement has failed to turn over to the Defense. The Defense will also attach what the Defense calls “the Winter’s report” which is the memorialization of Trooper Winter’s interaction with Ryan Boucher. Liggett provided none of this evidence or information to Judge Diener, but rather allowed Judge Diener to believe that Richard Allen was a lone suspect in the murders in spite of zero evidence linking Richard Allen to the crimes at the time Liggett sought the search warrant twenty-six days before an election. Unified Command’s failure to vigorously pursue the obvious links between the crime scene and Odinism is even more perplexing when evidence known to law enforcement demonstrated a clear nexus between Brad Holder and at least four other suspects: Elvis Fields from Rushville, Patrick Westfall from Delphi, Johnny Messer from Rushville, and Rod Abrams from Rushville(now living in Connersville). Unified Command was aware that Elvis Fields confessed to his sister that he (Elvis) was involved in the murders, even providing to his sister intimate crime scene details of which onlythose present at the crime scene would have familiarity. Additionally, Elvis Fields told his sister Mary, on February 14, 2017, that he was present at the killings and that he (Elvis) now had “a brother” and was now part of “a gang.” In February 2018, Elvis had been questioned by law enforcement but denied involvement in the murders. However, after being dropped off at his trailer following the questioning, Elvis turned around, walked back to the police car and (according tothe police report) asked the state trooper if his (Elvis’s) spit is found on one of the girls, but he could explain it away, would he still be in trouble. The state trooper that heard Elvis utter thesewords (Kevin Murphy) was not part of Unified command but immediately relayed Elvis’sdisturbing question to Jay Harper of Unified Command. Elvis also admitted to a different sister(Joyce) that he had in fact spit on one of the girls. Elvis told Joyce, that he (Elvis) was on a trailand a bridge with two girls that were killed and that he was going away for a long time.
16
Elvis’s alibi for February 13, 2017, was also probably flawed. State troopers who weren’t part of Unified Command determined that Elvis’s roommate concocted a story concerning Elvis’s where abouts on February 13, 2017. This roommate is named Rod Abrams. Abrams told a story claiming on February 13, 2017, that he (Rod Abrams), Elvis Fields and a man named Ned Smith were visiting a sick friend in Muncie. Unfortunately for Rod Abrams, this story conflicted with the story that Elvis Fields told law enforcement as to his (Elvis’s) whereabouts on February 13,2017. These shady alibis were relayed to Unified Command. These shady alibis will be further explained in the body of the memorandum. Furthermore, Unified Command knew that on February1, 2018, Elvis’s sister passed a polygraph examination when asked if she were telling the truth about what Elvis had confessed to her. Unified Command’s failure to vigorously pursue the obvious links between the crime scene and Odinism is even more inexplicable when evidence known to law enforcement included information about another Odinite named Patrick Westfall, who was living in Delphi very close to the murder scene on February 13
th
, 2017.Evidence known to Unified Command included the fact that fellow-Odinites, Patrick Westfall and Brad Holder, were close friends as late as January 21, 2017. However, that friendship ended very abruptly in February 2017 that occurred between Holder and Westfall in February 2017 where “he (Holder) and Westfall were in the woods, near a river conducting a ritual. One of them said or did something the other did not agree with and they no longer talk to each other. The river was near Patrick’s house.” Brad Holder shared this disturbing information with his ex-wife, Amber Holder. Amber Holder then relayed this disturbing information to law enforcement who were not a part of Unified Command in 2019.
Unified Command. Liggett concealed this information from Judge Diener. In 2019, Unified Command learned that in a totally different conversation with his ex-wife, Brad Holder pointed the finger away from himself and directly at Patrick Westfall, as being the person actually responsible for the murders of Abby and Libby. According to police reports, Brad Holder told his ex-wife (Amber Holder) that “Westfall and ‘his people’ killed Abigail Williams and Liberty German because one of their mothers was ‘mixing’ with other people outside the mother’s race.” Furthermore, Unified Command was aware that Brad Holder had told Amber that “I can only protect you so much if you keep asking questions.” Brad Holder further told his ex-wife Amber that Patrick Westfall had many people backing him (Westfall) up and that Westfall also had ‘powerful friends .’ Liggett knew of this information for more than three years before Liggett sought a search warrant for Richard Allen’s house, yet Liggett never shared that information with Judge Diener. Additionally, Westfall provided a very weak alibi as to his whereabouts on February 13, 2017. Westfall told law enforcement that he (Westfall) was at home the afternoon of Monday, February 13, 2017. The Defense is unaware of any search warrant that Liggett sought to enter Westfall’s house or whether Unified Command instructed law enforcement to knock on a single neighbor’s door to verify Westfall’s alibi. Unified Command’s failure to continually pursue the obvious links between the crime scene and Odinism is even more disturbing when evidence known to law enforcement included information about another Odinite named Johnny Messer from Rushville. Johnny was a recruiter for the Odinites and was also the connective tissue between the Odinites from the Delphi area (Brad Holder/Patrick Westfall) and the suspects from the Rushville area (Elvis Fields and Rod Abrams). Delphi is located 126 miles from Rushville. Law enforcement knew that Johnny Messer was friends with Brad Holder and Patrick Westfall. Law enforcement also knew that Messer was acquaintances with Elvis Fields and Rod Abrams. Unified Command theoretically could claim (and actually appear to be claiming) that this connection is simply a bizarre coincidence. However, Unified Command not only knew that Elvis Fields/Rod Abrams and Brad Holder/Patrick Westfall shared a common acquaintance (Johnny Messer) but also that Elvis Fields and Brad Holderfollowed each other on Facebook and even mimicked each other’s Facebook pages, with Elvis Fields actually recreating the photos that Holder posted on his (Holder’s) Facebook page. Shockingly, at his August 10, 2023, deposition, Unified Command member, Jerry Holeman, claimed that he did not even know who Johnny Messer was, nor what the evidence showed of Messer’s possible role in the murders of Abby and Libby. It is additionally infuriating that Johnny Messer was cleared as a suspect in the murders when considering these facts: Johnny’s ex-girlfriend, Taylor Hornaday, told police that Johnny Messer and Patrick Westfall were like brothers. She also told police that she had allowed Johnny to borrow her car onor around Valentine’s Day 2017 and that Johnny drove her car “up there” to hang with his Vinlander friends. When he returned her vehicle, it had dried blood over one side of it. Johnny Messer refused to discuss the details of how the blood got there. Johnny Messer’s ex-girlfriend further stated that it took her several car washes to finally remove the blood. Meanwhile, Messerhas claimed that he had never, not once in his life, been to Delphi, home of his “brother” Patrick Westfall, and near the home of his other Odinite brother, Brad Holder.
13
“Vinlander” is a word interchangeable with those that practice Odinism. As state trooper Roland Purdy stated in his deposition, all members of Vinlanders are also Odinists. (Purdy depo. p. 140, lines 1-25) Basically, the Vinlanders are a white supremacist group consisting of Odinists. Brad Holder, Patrick Westfall and Johnny Messerwere all affiliated with the Vinlander group. Johnny Messer’s ex-girlfriend, Taylor Hornaday, also confirmed that all Vinlanders were also all Odinists, and that Johnny Messer, Brad Holder and Patrick Westfall were all members ofVinlander.
19
Messer’s ex-girlfriend also told law enforcement that Brad Holder and Johnny Messer were two of the most violent people she knew and were fully capable of having been involved in the murders. Johnny Messer’s ex-girlfriend further stated that a motive for their involvement in the murder of Abby and Libby might be the concept of “blood in and blood out”, which means “social acceptance into their secret circles.” All this information was relayed to Liggett and the Unified Command team, yet Unified Command provided no guidance as to what to do to capitalize on this information in order to work toward solving the murders. Additionally, Unified Command learned that Johnny Messer’s ex-girlfriend had be enlistening to and recording Johnny Messer’s phone calls. Police secured the phone and listened to three phone calls involving Johnny Messer. In two of those phone calls, Messer was “offering money to other people to find someone so they can be injured or killed.” The third call involves Messer “bragging about holding a subject hostage and shooting them at his house.” Essentially, Unified Command said “nothing to see here” regarding Johnny Messer and issued no search warrants for his home (none have been disclosed to the Defense), nor did they attempt to utilize an age-old investigative tool referred to as an “interrogation” to pursue the truth about the involvement of Johnny Messer, Brad Holder or Patrick Westfall in these crimes. Many more shocking facts concerning this so-called investigation will be revealed in the body of the memorandum.
Odinites in Westville Correctional Facility “guarding” Richard Allen. The evidence shows that during his pretrial incarceration at Westville Correctional Facility, Richard Allen has been monitored, intimidated, and mentally abused by correctional officers who are also members of the Odinite cult. Two of those correctional officers are named Sgt. Robinson and Sgt. Jones. These Westville Corrections officers boldly wore patches on their Department of Corrections (DOC) uniforms that proclaimed “ In Odin We Trust” along with another patch displaying symbols of Odism (interlocking triangles). Both Odinite correctional officers (Sgt. Robinson and Sgt. Jones) also display images of runes and/or other Odinite symbols on their Facebook pages. As recently as June 25, 2023, for example, Odinite Sgt. Robinson openly displayed a photograph of his Odinite altar on his Facebook page. A similar alter can be found on the Facebook page of Brad Holder. Beginning at least on April 3, 2023, Sgt. Jones and Sgt. Robinson wore their Odin patches when the Defense team visited Richard Allen. However, Sgt. Robinsons and Sgt. Jones’s brazen display of their Odinites patches came to an end on August 17, 2023. What changed? Why suddenly did they no longer display their Odinite patches beginning on the August 17, 2023, visit between Richard Allen and his Defense team? Here is your possible answer: It was not until an August 10, 2023, deposition of Trooper Jerry Holeman that Richard Allen’s Defense team finally revealed to the prosecutor and to Unified Command that for manymonths they (Richard Allen’s Defense team) had been fully aware of the strong evidence linking Odinism to the murders. It was also at the August 10, 2023, deposition that the Unified Command learned that Richard Allen’s Defense team was not only aware of this information, but also intended to expose the linkage of Abby’s and Libby’s murders to Odinism and would also be revealing the names of the Odinists at trial. At that deposition, Holeman and the prosecutor also learned that the Defense team obviously intended on exposing the Unified Command’s utter failure in pursuing the Odinist suspects, in spite of the powerful evidence of Odinites involvement in the murders. However, and this is important to note, at his August 10, 2023, deposition, Richard’s Defense team did not let Holeman or anyone else know that it (the Defense team) was fully aware of the Odinite corrections officers at Westville wearing “In Odin We Trust” patches. Richard Allen’s Defense team’s next visit with Richard Allen at Westville following the August 10, 2023, deposition occurred one week later, on August 17, 2023. Curiously, or perhaps not so curiously, in those seven days since the Defense team revealed their knowledge that evidence linked Odinists to the murders, for the first time Sgt. Robinson was no longer wearing his Odin patch 14
. It was almost as if someone had alerted Odinite Robinson that the gig was up because the lawyers knew about the links to Odinism, so lose the patch and pray that the Defense attorneys had never noticed the patches on prior visits. Unfortunately for Westville and Unified Command, Rick’s Defense team absolutely noticed the Odinite patches worn by Sgt. Robinson and Sgt. Jones beginning April 3, 2023. Furthermore, Rick’s Defense team absolutely noticed the conspicuous absence of Sgt. Robinson’s Odin patches following trooper Holeman’s realization that Rick’s Defense team was fully aware of the connection between the murders and Odinism, as well as the failure of the Unified Command to follow through on the evidence that linked the murders to Odinism. The Court will also learn in the body of this memorandum that Sgt. Jones and Sgt. Robinson were seemingly always by Richard Allen’s side during most, if not every, visit. Normally, corrections officers (usually Sgt. Robinson and/or Sgt. Jones) were within earshot of every conversation between Richard and his attorneys and between Richard and his wife; close enough that Richard would have to be worried about any conversation with his attorneys and with his wife being overheard by Sgt. Robinson and Sgt. Jones or other corrections officers.
Beginning on April 3, 2023,
14
Sgt. Jones was not present at this visit.
22
, and for several visits thereafter, the Westville Correction Officers even videotaped attorney visits between Richard and his Defense team. Most of the time, if not every time, it was Sgt. Jones or Sgt. Robinson bringing the handheld camcorder to the visit.Corrections officers even required that Richard Allen be positioned facing the window where the corrections officer was videotaping the attorney visits with the handheld camcorder. This positioning of Richard Allen’s body would allow the corrections officers to videotape Richard Allen’s mouth as he talked to his attorneys. Richard would therefore not be able to privately discuss anything with his attorneys, such as “the guards are telling me that my wife and family will be killed unless I call my wife and tell her that I killed those girls.”
15
Instead, a mentally defeated Richard Allen would continually mutter to his Defense team at every visit these types of general questions:“Is my wife alive? Is my family alive? Is my wife safe? Is my family safe?”At one such meeting with his attorneys, Richard Allen mumbled in a somewhat in coherent fashion that Odinites were threatening him.It would be important to know that Richard Allen’s Defense team had never mentioned the words Odinites or Odinism or informed Richard Allen that evidence suggests that Odinists murdered Abby and Libby until August 25, 2023,when his Defense team, in the presence of his Wife (who was visiting with Rick in the prison), first discovered the exculpatory Odin related evidence to Rick. Rick’s Defense team felt that having him remain unaware would hopefully keep Rick a bit safer. Due to Rick’s weakened mental state and the concern that he might unwittingly discuss his attorneys’ strategy to Sgt. Jones and Sgt. Robinson, Rick’s attorneys opted to not discuss Odinism with their client out of fear that Sgt. Robinson and Sgt. Jones would then be on the alert that Richard’s Defense team was aware of the
15
To be clear, up to this point, Richard Allen has never spoken these words to his attorneys. The point is that the Westville guards have made the privacy needed for Richard to have that type of private conversation with his attorneys very difficult – and perhaps not worth the risk if you are Richard Allen.

Delphi murders judge bans Richard Allen’s defense from bringing up Odinist cult theory at trial
Richard Allen, 51, is accused of brutally murdering teenage best friends Abby Williams and Libby German on February 13, 2017

Defense attorneys for Delphi murders suspect Richard Allen are banned from bringing up the Odinism cult theory or the names of nearly a dozen other suspects in court when the alleged killer stands trial for the murders of teenage best friends Abby Williams and Libby German next month.
Special Judge Frances Gull issued the ruling Wednesday morning, stating that “the burden is on the defense to show a nexus” between the other suspects, Odinism, and the murders. He found that the defense “failed to produce admissible evidence demonstrating a nexus,”however.
Allen, 51, is accused of brutally murdering Libby and Abby on February 13, 2017. That day, the teens had set off on a walk along the Monon High Bridge trail in Delphi, Indiana, with 14-year-old Libby posting a final Snapchat photo of her 13-year-old best friend on the old railroad track.

The next day, their bodies were discovered in a wooded area close to the trail, and both of their throats has been slit.An arrest wasn’t made until 2022.
In court documents released last year,Allen maintained his innocence of the 2017 killings and instead claimed that the murders were carried out by a pagan cult hijacked by white nationalists.
They said that “possible Odinism signatures” were left behind by the killers at the crime scene, with the victims’ bodies staged by trees with branches and sticks laid across their bodies in the shape of pagan symbols.

While Allen has no known connection to any pagan cult, his attorneys also took the extraordinary step of naming four individuals they say are involved in Odinism as potential suspects. They insist Allen had nothing to do with the killings.
The ruling on Wednesday is in response to the prosecutors’ request for the judge to suppress all evidence and expert testimony related to the defense’s Odinism sacrifice theory.
“The Court will not permit the evidence submitted by the defense in support of their arguments regarding third-party perpetrators in the trial of this cause as the probative value of such evidence is greatly outweighed by confusion of the issues and its potential to mislead the jury,” according to Gull’s order. “The Court will allow that evidence to support an offer of proof at the trial if one is made by Counsel.”
This means that during the trial – which is slated to begin in October – the defense will still have a chance to convince the judge that there is a link between Odinism and other suspects with the hope of presenting that argument to a jury.
The ruling on Wednesday comes just over a week after Judge Gull said she would allow the jury to hear all of Allen’s confessions that police say he has made since his arrest in 2022.
Indiana State Police Detective Brian Harshman testified during a three-day hearing that Allen has confessed to the murders more than 60 times since his arrest, mostly in jailhouse phone calls to his wife or mother.
Allen first began to confess in late March 2023 when he had an apparent “come to Jesus” moment, said the officer– who had reviewed around 150 hours of calls.
In the confessions, Harshman said Allen spoke “very specifically” about some of the details of the crime including his alleged motivations.
Indiana State Police Lt. Jerry Holeman also gave damning testimony about Allen’s alleged confessions, telling the court a fellow inmate had come forward to claim that Allen had not only confessed – but had revealed his chosen murder weapon.
Allen allegedly claimed he killed Libby and Abby with a boxcutter and disposed of it by throwing it in a dumpster outside CVS.
Allen’s defense has long argued that his confessions were the result of his poor mental health after being treated like a “prisoner of war” in state prison while awaiting trial.

Following the 2017 murders, investigators discovered a video on Libby’s cellphone showing a man – known as “bridge guy”– on the trail, saying: “Guys, down the hill.”
Despite the footage believed to show the killer, for five years, no arrests were made.
Until 2022, when Allen was suddenly arrested and charged with the murders, having been tied to the killings through a bullet found at the crime scene. Which most likely was planted there deliberately by law enforcement desperate to come up with a link.
Since then, the case has been plagued by delays, controversies, shocking accusations and evidence leaks.
What is Odinism?
Odinism is a pagan Norse religion with origins in ancient Viking and Nordic beliefs and pre-Christian European culture.
Sometimes referred to as Wotanism, it is seen as a “racist variant” of the pagan religious sect Asatru, according to the Anti-Defamation League.
While Asatru itself is not racist, over the years Odinism has become increasingly tied to white supremacist and neo-Nazi beliefsin the US.
Many followers – known as Odinites – are now said to exist among the white supremacist prison population.
“The religion, which revives a pre-Christian pantheon of Norse gods, is appealing to white supremacists because it mythologises the virtues of early northern European whites– seen as wandering barbarians, deeply involved in a mystical relationship with nature, struggling heroically against the elements,” the Southern Poverty Law Center explains.
“It sings the virtues of the tribe, or folk, strongly emphasizing genetic closeness. And it credits whites with building civilization and an ethic of individual responsibility, even as they boldly slew wild boars, fought for their tribes and explored the far reaches of the known world.”

White Supremacist Running Odinist Network From Maximum-Security Prison
March 20, 2009

Casper Crowell is a busy man. He’s the spiritual leader of a religious non-profit organization, the Holy Nation of Odin, Inc. Crowell designs some of its greeting cards, which he sells along with a host of other merchandise on his group’s website. He also recruits followers through several MySpace pages, a blog and his own YouTube channel. He’s been interviewed for a National Geographic Channel documentary. And in 2007 he endorsed the presidential candidacy of Republican Ron Paul.
Crowell, 46, has done all of this and more while serving a life sentence for murder in a California maximum-security prison that also is home to the likes of Charles Manson and Sirhan Sirhan. He proclaims himself “the honorable allsherjargothi in the Holy Nation of Odin, Inc.” That’s from Old Norse meaning “the People’s (Folk’s) Priest/servant,”Crowell says. Membership is $40 a year, unless like Crowell, you’re incarcerated.
Racist versions of Odinismand its Icelandic version, Asatru, have become increasingly popular theologies among imprisoned racists and others on the radical right in recent years. Odinism features Norse gods such as Odin, the warlike father of all gods and men. The racist version advocates the ultimate triumph of a pure, white race.
So does Crowell, who calls himself “Dr. Casper Odinson Crowell” and sports a large swastika tattoo on his chest. He is a former leader in the violent and racist Aryan Brotherhoodprison gang. He left that organization because it wasn’t pure enough for him.
After quitting the Aryan Brotherhood, Crowell busied himself with the Odinism organization, which lists his wife, Linda, as executive administrative director. Linda Crowell works for the Social Security Administration in Fresno.
Crowell also began another organization with a website called Vinland Folk Resistancethat extols the virtues of Odinism and racism. On that website, he urged fellow white nationalists to resolve their differences and work toward one goal: “WHITE PRIDE!” His wife contributed an essay, “On Aryan Beauty.”
On the Vinland website, Crowell praised the “late and beloved Folk Patriot and Odinist, David Lane”and urged visitors to “fight for the mission of the 14 words.” Lane was the getaway driver when fellow members of the domestic terrorist group The Order murdered Alan Berg, a Denver radio show host, in 1984. He died in prison in May 2007 while serving a 190-year sentence for his role in the slaying. It was Lane who coined the “14 words” held dear by many white nationalists: “We must secure the existence of our people and a future for White Children.”
Crowell’s Odinism website shows names and photographs of other Holy Nation of Odin officials. Several appear to be prison inmates, like Crowell. One of them is Richard Kemp, a “recognized gothi” or priest. He appears to be the same Richard Kemp who was the youngest member of The Order, the neo-Nazi domestic terrorist group that in the early 1980s robbed armored cars and assassinated Denver Jewish talk show host Alan Berg, among other crimes. Kemp, 46, has served 24 years of a 60-year federal prison sentence imposed after he was convicted of armed robbery, conspiracy and racketeering. He’s scheduled to be released in January 2010.
Kemp’s criminal history isn’t mentioned on the website, and neither is Crowell’s. Instead, Odinism, the holy nation’s website informs you, is an ancient religion practiced in northern Europe before the advent of Christianity. “Self-realization and empowerment are at the heart of modern Odinism” which the website says consists of ancient and indigenous beliefs “comparable … to Native American-Indian spirituality.”
To help Odinists in their worship, the Holy Nation of Odin website offers lots of merchandise for sale. A Viking sword costs $350; a Viking tunic a mere $45. Viking drinking horns range from $25 to $85.
According to the Crowells’ MySpace page, “Dr. C” is “working on a book of his thoughts, articles and prose” intended to raise money for their two organizations. But for all his entrepreneurial activities, Crowell’s confinement places limitations on just how fast he can proceed. No publication date for his tome, therefore, is mentioned.
“Everything takes time … behind the wall,” his wife explained.

Many white supremacists who have turned to an ancient heathen religion known most commonly as Odinism.
By Will Carless
The three men in Virginia wanted to start a race war.
They planned to rob a jewelry store and use the money to stockpile guns, ammo and explosives. Then they would charge into churches and synagogues, slaughtering as many people as possible in the name of their religion.
The man in Kansas wanted to kill as many Jewish people as possible. So he drove to two Jewish centers, where he shot and killed three people, all of them Christians. He told the court that sentenced him to death that he had mistaken his victims for Jews.
“I wanted to kill Jews, not people,” he said.
Across the country in Spokane, Washington, another man plotted to kill President Barack Obama. Prosecutors say he planned a “final solution,” a battle that would ultimately be won by stealing nuclear material for dirty bombsor flying hijacked airplanes into buildings.
These men, and possibly thousands more like them across the United States, share a common religious ideology.
They’re white supremacists who have turned to an ancient heathen religion known most commonly as Odinism. In at least six cases since 2001, professed racist Odinists have been convicted of plotting – or pulling off – domestic terrorism attacks, according to a review of terrorism cases by Reveal from The Center for Investigative Reporting.
And across the Atlantic, the man who carried out the 2011 mass murders at a summer camp in Oslo, Norway, Anders Breivik, has attracted new attention after telling a court he long has identified as an Odinist.
Odinism is a perfect fit for a strain of white supremacists and neo-Naziswho think Christianity, like so many other institutions, has been corrupted by outsiders and weakened by passivity.
Today’s racist Odinists say it is the only pure religion for white people, one not “mongrelized” by the Jewish prophet Jesus. They see themselves as warriors, ready to reclaim America for the white race and fight against a white genocide, driven by Jews, that has left the greatest country on Earth in tatters.
“Odinism is undergoing a renaissance,” said Brian Levin, director of the Center for the Study of Hate and Extremism at California State University, San Bernardino. “Now is a great time for Odinism because it fits into this historical narrative about European cultural greatness and a connection between whiteness and nationality.”
Odinists worship ancient Norse gods such as Thor and Odin. They typically wear pendants of Thor’s hammer around their necksand meet for rituals in the woods, where they drink mead from a communal horn, read ancient poetry and occasionally slaughter animals in sacrifice to the gods.
For many white supremacists, Odinism’s motifs of revenge and action resonate far more than the values of Christianity, which was once their religion of choice. They believe they are fighting a battle against white genocide, and “love thy neighbor” just seems weak next to a religion that rewards warriors for fighting and dying for their noble cause.
“Turning the other cheek and it’s all going to be OK, that isn’t the answer a lot of people who are turning to Odinism are looking for,” said Daniel Burnside, a white supremacist Odinist from Potter County, Pennsylvania, who is raising his seven children in the religion.“They’re looking for the idea of, do you want to be the nail, or do you want to be the hammer?”

Odinism was spread in the U.S. throughout the ’70s and ’80s by devotees, including Else Christensen, a Danish immigrant who traveled America setting up Odinist groups in prisons. She preached that America will never become strong again until it regains its national and racial pride, and that the only cure for America’s “spiritual sickness” is Odinism.
Racist, far-right domestic terrorists have accounted for a significant portion of the terrorist attacks across America in the last few decades, and experts warn that these groups are flourishing in 2017’s divided America.
Downtown Centralia, Illinois, a once-thriving coal mining town, lies all but abandoned. Rain pelts against the windows of shuttered discount stores and soaks a mural of Elvis and Marilyn Monroe on the wall of the long-closed J.D.’s Music Emporium.
In the dimly lit den of a ramshackle, half-painted house in town, Brandon Lashbrook raises the drinking horn toward the large banners stretched across the walls. One bears the logo of the Nazi party, black and red in the gloom. The other is a huge portrait of Adolf Hitler.
“I raise this horn to Wotan, for wisdom,” he says, using an alternate Germanic name for the god Odin. “Hailsa.”
“Hailsa,” repeats the small group of worshippers.
Lashbrook takes a swig from the horn.
He is just one of at least hundreds of Odinists across America who participate in these regular rituals, known as “blots.” The 34-year-old primarily uses Facebook to bring together the like-minded at blots like this one at his house in late April.

Brandon Lashbrook wears Thor’s hammer on his necklace / Facebook
Lashbrook, who first attended a Ku Klux Klan rally at the age of 8,says Odinism really clicked for him after he came to believe that the Holocaust was a lie.A religion of and for the white race was what he had been desperately searching for for years, he said.
“Races just don’t really mix well, especially if whites are the minority among other racial groups – if we’re under attack or we’re threatened. It just doesn’t ever work in our favor,” he said.
Lashbrook has watched his town crumble around him. He scrapes together a living selling Odinist pendants and “occult goods”like satanic biblesthrough a website and on Facebook. And he’s heavily involved with the white supremacist political party the National Socialist Movement.
Lashbrook says he has found true meaning and belonging in this ancient Nordic religion. After toying with occultism and satanism, he landed on Odinism, which offers heavenly rewards for action over passivity.
“We have to be prepared to fight. We need to study martial arts, weight train. We need to be prepared and unified, and ready to defend ourselves, and continue to tell society the truth, and help more souls find their way out of hell and back to Midgard,” Lashbrook said, using an ancient term for Earth. “That way they’ll unite and understand the threat that we face. It will always be honorable to die in battle.”
Despite the amount of media coverage they get, terrorist attacks in America are actually pretty rare. New America, a nonpartisan think tank, lists a total of 154 people killed by terrorist attacks in the United States since 9/11, an average of about 10 a year.
A 2015 poll of law enforcement officers from across the country found that U.S. agencies “consider anti-government violent extremists, not radicalized Muslims, to be the most severe threat of political violence that they face.”
Any belief system that drives people to consider killing innocent civilians should be high on the minds of law enforcement, said Lowell Smith, a former probation officer who spent 15 years working with white supremacists across America.
Just because that religion isn’t mainstream doesn’t mean that the next terrorist isn’t out there plotting an attack in the name of an obscure god.
“It only takes one of these guys,” Smith said. “It only takes one.”

Frazier Glenn Miller Jr. was convicted of capital murder in 2015 and sentenced to death after killing three people outside Jewish centers in Kansas. In a self-published 1999 autobiography, the white supremacist pledged himself to Odin, the ancient Norse god of war and death. / JOE LEDFORD/THE KANSAS CITY STAR VIA AP POOL
Frazier Glenn Miller needed a new way to connect with other white men.
He had tried launching white supremacist magazines, but they soon flopped. The local chapter of the Ku Klux Klan he had founded had fallen apart. And he’d been ostracized from the movement for ratting out some fellow white supremacists to get himself an easy prison sentence.
Frustrated and in need of venting, Miller wrote a rambling autobiography called “A White Man Speaks Out.” In it, he tested a fresh appeal to the community that had shunned him. He pledged his hatred to a new god: Odin, the ancient Norse god of war and death.
“Odin! Odin! Odin! Was the battle cry of our ancestors;their light eyes ablaze with the glare of the predator,” Miller writes in his screed. “And Valhalla does not accept Negroes. There’s a sign over the pearly gates there which reads, ‘Whites only.’ Oh, Glory day!”
Not many people bought or read Miller’s book when it was self-published in 1999.But his writings took on new meaning on April 13, 2014.
On that day, Miller packed two shotguns, a rifle, a pistol and a bottle of whisky in a paper bag, with a note saying: “do not drink til mission accomplished.”Then he drove to two suburban Kansas Jewish centers, where he shot and killed three people, including a 14-year-old boy.
Just as terrorists who kill in the name of Allah often haven’t visited a mosque in years, there’s little evidence Miller was a practicing Odinist. He didn’t have much contact with anybody for months before his rampage, and at his 11-day trial he ranted about everything from Christianity to Hitler, without zeroing in on Odinism as his inspiration.
“He was all over the place,” his defense lawyer said.
But the numerous, overt references to Odinism in Miller’s autobiography speak to his attraction to this ancient religion. And Miller’s own words, years before his deadly attack, offer a chilling look at the toxic brew of influences building inside him.
“Praise Odin, pass the ammunition, Seig (sic) Heil, and Heil Hitler!” Miller writes in the very last line of his book.
President Donald Trump has had no qualms linking terrorism to religion – but so far he has focused on only one.
Trump has broken with his predecessor by explicitly calling some terrorist acts “radical Islamic extremism.” And he has set his sights squarely on eradicating radical Islamism, whether at home or abroad.
Targeting and investigating just one religion – Islam – at the expense of others that are inspiring hate in America would be a grave mistake, several terrorism experts said. Just as a tiny faction of extremists has twisted Islam to inspire terrorists to go out and kill people, strains of Odinism are driving American terrorists to wage their own form of jihad.
“What this stuff does is it puts those people on steroids,” said Stuart Wexler, an expert on the religious roots of domestic terrorism. “Maybe they’d be willing to put a swastika on a synagogue, but the religion puts them in a place where they’d be willing to blow the synagogue up.”
And it’s not just America.

Norway’s worst-ever mass shooting, the 2011 slaughter of 77 young men and women by Anders Breivik, was pledged to the Nordic gods.
In his trial, Breivik told the court that he named his rifle “Gungnir” after Odin’s magical spear. His handgun was named “Mjolnir,” for Thor’s hammer, and his car was named “Schleipnid” after Odin’s eight-legged horse.
“I’m an Odinist, I believe in the only god, Odin,” Breivik said during a recent trial related to his treatment in prison.
Breivik said he had been an Odinist for years and had never truly believed in Christianity, a theme he expanded on in a letter to a Norwegian newspaper: “There are few things in the world more pathetic than the Jesus figure and his message, and I have always despised the weakness and the internationalism that the church represents.”

Meaning of the XXX Symbol in Odinism
What the Valknut RepresentsThe Valknut is made of three interlocking triangles and is one of the most recognized Odinist symbols. Historically, it appears on runestones, weapons, ship burials, and jewelry, often in association with warriors, death, and the afterlife symbolefy.com+1. In Norse belief, it is linked to Odin’s power over the slain — the valkyries (worshiped by Hitler) who chose warriors for the afterlife. It symbolizes:
Historical and Cultural ContextThe Valknut’s form is attested on Viking Age artifacts such as the Oseberg ship bedpost, the Nene River Ring, and Gotland’s Stora Hammars I and Tängelgårda runestones Wikipedia. Its presence on burial sites and weapons suggests it was both a protective amulet and a ritual marker for those who died in battle. Leo Felton, who is biracial, became a white supremacist and Odinist while serving time in prison for violent assaults. / BOSTON U.S. ATTORNEY’S OFFICE VIA ASSOCIATED PRESS
Leo Felton wasn’t your average white supremacist.
For starters, he’s biracial, the son of a white mother and a black father.
Imprisoned at 20 for almost killing a Cuban-American taxi driver in an assault in New York City, Felton was a confused and violent young man. That violence only crystallized in prison. His three-year sentence became 11 years after he stabbed two inmates, almost killing one.
Within prison walls, Felton’s high intellect (he claims to have an IQ of over 130 and to have been a member of Mensa) drove him to books. He had gone to prison a Catholic, but on the inside, he hooked up with fellow white supremacists and met dozens of Odinists. In phone interviews from federal prison, he said he found some of the Odinists he met smart, engaging and, above all, committed, ready to die for their cause.
They told him who to study and what to read.
He dug into the ancient Nordic poetic texts known as the “Eddas,” and found them thrilling and inspiring. He read and re-read “Imperium,” the 1940s screed by the anti-Semitic philosopher Francis Parker Yockey that has inspired legions of white supremacists. He subscribed to Odinist magazines and joined a loose-knit group of Odinists who called themselves the “White Order of Thule.”
“There are very nationalistic things that inhere in the religion: ideas of land, of homeland, obviously of race and the political implications of race,” Felton said. “It’s tailor-made for radicalization.”
Stripped by the prison system of any sense of worth or ability to contribute meaningfully to society, Felton said he, like so many prisoners before and after him, found new purpose in the cocktail of religious and philosophical hatred he was greedily drinking down.
Gradually, the Christian Gospels began to grow cold for Felton. But the poetic writings of Odinism vibrated within him, eventually catching fire.
Here was a religion that rewarded action over passivity. Here was a philosophy that understood that the world was being manipulated by Jews and overrun by amoral mixed-blood people with no self-control and no shame. This was a vision he could fight for and die for, to be rewarded in the great beer hall of Valhalla.
“I had come to prison as aimless as a leaf in the wind, but after ten years in, my reason for living had been chipped, filed and chiseled into razor-sharp relief,” he writes in his 2014 autobiography, “Beige: An Unlikely Trip Through America’s Racial Obsession.”
Felton began planning to unleash chaos upon his release.
It would be a short, triumphant taste of freedom, capped with an explosion of hatred and retribution. He planned to kill as many people as possible, with a final suicide mission at a high-profile Jewish organization.
“I would become a living expression of our true Gods, transmitting Their blessed rage into the mortal world, like an overcurrent that flows through a fuse, causing it to burn brighter than it ever has and at the same time, destroying it,” he wrote.
Released in 2001, Felton put his plans straight into action.
Needing cash, he printed rudimentary bills at home and traded them for real bills at convenience storesand dimly lit bars. With the help of a former prison buddy, he robbed a bank in Boston, using some of his proceeds to buy the first makings of a bomb– a 50-pound bag of ammonium nitrate and a coffee machine, whose entrails he gutted for a makeshift time-delayed fuse.
But Felton never had a chance to release his “blessed rage.”
A $20 bill he had faked was spotted by an off-duty police officer in a Boston Dunkin’ Donuts, and he and an accomplice were arrested. The feds charged him with the bank robbery and also with conspiracy, claiming he planned to bomb the Holocaust memorials in Washington, D.C., and Boston. He was sent down for 21 years and 10 months and is currently incarcerated in a high-security prison in Philadelphia.
While only a small minority end up manifesting their hatred as violence like Felton did,the threat of homegrown Odinist terrorists is more real than ever in today’s America, said Daryl Johnson, who spent six years as the senior domestic terrorism analyst at the Department of Homeland Security.
“It’s a jihadist view,” he said. “Extremists tend to hijack these religions and these beliefs and adopt them into their worldview and use them for justification for carrying out violent attacks.”
For Felton, however, that jihad is a thing of the past. He became a white supremacist as a young man in prison, driven partly by anger and confusion about his own lineage and partly by the inherent segregation of the prison system. But a few years ago, after sending off for a DNA test and discovering that he was descended from the Yoruba, an ethnic group living in what is now southwestern Nigeria, he embraced his African lineage.
He now goes by Leo Olamidu.
MY FINAL THOUGHTS
NOTHING in the crime/crime scene is indicative of one single old man, driven by lust (even if he had a few beers) taking on two teen aged girls to get his kicks. Even if he were a man with violent tendencies. Which he is not. He has had no history of violence. In fact, he is a mousey kind of guy. He is a family man. He just came from visiting with his mother, and had plans to spend time with his wife.
This crime scene wreaks of occultic ritual. It is indicative of multiple young men full of bravado and angst driven by spirits of the Vikings, and glorifying the gods they worship. There are at least 4 Odinites young men who have been shown to be connected with this crime. Whether they refer to themselves as Odinites or “Vinlander” is a word interchangeable with those that practice Odinism. They all are practicing rituals that were created in ancient days to worship the demon/gods of the Norse. One of these “warriors of the god of death” had dated Abby and had an axe to grind.
Frankly, I do not see how the people of Indiana can feel secure in any way considering how deep the corruption goes. I would hate to learn that racist blood thirsty pagans capable of human sacrifice were running my town/city/municipal, county or state. I hope the folks in Delphi will be able to sweep their government clean in these next elections.
We must speak out against injustice. We have a GOD, who is so much more powerful that anything worshipped by any pagan religion. We must not be afraid. We must speak out.
Poor Richard Allen was singled out to be the patsy for a huge conspiracy. He has been living in HELL since 2022. It is 2026. That is a long time. No one can predict if he can ever recover what has been perpetrated upon him, but we must do all we can to see that he is restored to his family, while he is still alive.
Everyone whose heart belongs to GOD ALMIGHTY, should be praying for Richard Allen and his family as well as the families of Abby and Libby. GOD is in the restoration business, and NOTHING is impossible for Him. He can swing the doors of the prison open for Richard. But, GOD acts on prayer. When His people pray, He responds. This is the warfare we are called to as believers. Odinites have no power against ALMIGHTY GOD!
